The hotel is beautiful with a Zanzibar-inspired vibe, and having three restaurants on site is a plus. A male waiter at the Chinese/Japanese restaurant was exceptionally kind, attentive, and made a genuine effort with customer care.

Cons:

Although the rooms appear spacious in the photos, they are quite small and feel restrictive in reality. The rooms also have no balconies, which is not clearly communicated. They are also restrictive on areas of taking pictures some areas are allowed others are not. Customer service from most staff was not very helpful. Breakfast is overpriced considering the very limited options available.
