Well located with a stunning view for Kampala!

Cons:

We were given a room at first that was facing the parking area, which was disappointing. Cars entering the hotel would always present noise, as well as have their headlights coming directly into our room at night. We complained about this and at first they wanted to charge us $20 per night to “upgrade” to an identical room but on the other side. Upon showing them that the price was the same on Booking.com, they gave us the “upgrade” for free.

My suggestion would be that in the future the hotel be more transparent about the view. Sadly, looking out over the parking area is really not a nice option.

Pros:

Latitude 0 really is a place out of this world, extremely relaxing. A bit far from the center of the city so it takes forever to go anywhere from there, but if you want a couple days off Kampala's craziness this is the perfect place.

Highly recommended for an excellent stay in Kampala!
Pros:

The location, cleanness levels, the staff and service are absolutely amazing! The facilities are equipped with everything that might be needed, the staff are very welcoming and helpful and friendly. In addition to the amazing view!

My favorite stay in Kampala. Beautful, quiet, excellent staff. Love this place
