Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, mit frischem Obst, selbstgebackenem Kuchen, warmen Speisen, die täglich wechselten.

Die Speisen im Restaurant sind sehr schmackhaft und mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet - top Qualität

Der Service war freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und flexibel.

Cons:

Schwierig war der Transport der Koffer nach oben - über eine gedrehte Treppe

Die Lage von dem Hotel gut

Der Service war sehr zurück haltend
Der Zimmer Service wurde überhaupt nicht durchgeführt,weder das Bett nicht gemacht noch den Mülleimer gelert, Handtücher wurden auch nicht getauscht
In den Zimmern fehlen Kleiderhaken
Es war Schneefall, Parkplatz und Wege waren nicht geräumt!

Hôtel un peu désuet mais avec un emplacement magnifique
Pros:

Magnifique emplacement sur une colline boisée surplombant la ville. Un sentier dans la forêt permet de descendre en ville en 45mn. L'hôtel bien qu'un peu vieillot conserve un charme un peu désuet qui nous a plu. Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner sont très corrects. Accueil sympathique.

Cons:

Le ménage dans la chambre n'a pas été fait pendant notre séjour de 2 nuits. L'établissement mériterait un petit rafraîchissement.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel für eine Reise nach Karlsbad
Pros:

Sehr gemütliches Hotel mit wunderschönem Blick auf Karslbad. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Gemütlicher Spa-Bereich.

Cons:

Die Größe des Badezimmers würde mehr Ablageglächen und Hängemöglichleiten für Handtücher erlauben.

Pros:

Wer etwas Ruhe und gutes Essen genießen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Die Lage ist einzigartig. Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten .Das Essen und der Service im Restaurant waren sehr gut. Check in dank Alfred unkompliziert .Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel und kommen gern wieder .

Cons:

Frühstücksservice könnte verbessert werden. Die Brötchen waren nach kurzer Zeit alle und für spätere Gäste wurde nicht nachgelegt und es wurde nicht geschaut ob etwas fehlt.

Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schönes kleines und familiäres Hotel etwas außerhalb von Karlsbad mit einer tollen Aussicht auf Karlsbad und in die Landschaft. Ruhig und erholsam. Freundliches Personal und gutes Essen. Unser Zimmer war überdurchschnittlich groß und hatte einen separaten Wohnbereich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Die Entfernung ins Ortszentrum war größer, als wir es aufgrund der Beschreibung (Luftlinie?) erwartet haben.
