Cons:

Персонал був трохи не привітним, складалось враження що ми чимось їх роздратували, як в СПА, так і на сніданку, можливо через наше не знання чеської мови.
Також сніданок не був різноманітним.

Restauracja, część SPA.

Cons:

Trwający remont, przeklinanie robotników i hałas, który był słyszalny w pokoju. Nie uwzględnianie prośby odnośnie pokoju. Bardzo skandaliczna jakość WIFI! Na najwyższym piętrze gdzie nas ulokowana przez cały pobyt nie można było nawet przeglądać podstawowych stron informacyjnych w telefonie.
Przy takim standardzie i 4 gwiazdkach oraz cenie to jest skandaliczne. Ten problem jest od dłuższego czasu. Kilka razy tam już spałem w różnych pokojach i ten problem zgłaszałem. Jest ciut lepiej z WiFi w części gdzie są pokoje nad basenem.
Proszę macie teraz remont zróbcie z tym porządek!!!!!

Hotel odwiedziłam już drugi raz, co nigdy mi się nie zdarzało. Jednak bardzo zauroczyła mnie lokalizacja hotelu i jakość

Kameralny hotel oferujący pyszne śniadania. Lokalizacja też świetna. Jest cisza i spokój

Cons:

Bardzo cienkie ściany. Było słychać czasem rozmowy sąsiadów. W łazience uszkodzony uchwyt na słuchawkę.
