Please note that children up to 12 months of age are not allowed in the wellness center. Children up to 13 years of age can visit the wellness center until 19:00.

Please note that the units located in the annex building are of a 2-star category. The deluxe room types are of a 4-star category.

Between 1st May and 31st October, guests will daily receive a free return ticket for a cable car.
A deposit may be required at the property.

breakfast was nice, good choice and plentiful. SPA is good too (its connected top the main building, so if you stay in Dependance annex rooms you need to walk to it across the garden onto another street)

Cons:

When I booked Annex room - i did not realise we will be given a room in a totally separate old building on the different street, call Dependance - it was more like a 2* definitely not 4* as shown on the photos and what we paid for. When asked for an upgrade in order to be moved to the main building, we have been offered more expensive price than if I had booked the deluxe room on the same day! I would never choose this hotel if was not mislead by the photos. Alos, its currentky being renovated, so its a massive building site.

Hodně nedostatku na tak vysokou cenu
Pros:

Hotel je zajímavě zařízený, pokoje menší, ale s luxusní postelí. Škoda že balkony nemají nějaký lepší výhled.. Wellness je příjemné, ale není dobře vyřešené soukromí u sauny, která je bezplavkova a hned vedle vede chodba k bazénu. Restaurace byla dražší, ale vaří výborně, personál byl milý a ochotný. Doporučuji dokoupit si místní masáž, opravdu stala za to. Příjemný bonus byla lanovka zdarma na každý den pobytu.

Cons:

Na booking.com jsem se nedozvěděla, že v hotelu právě probíhá rozsáhlá rekonstrukce, takže místo recepce a parkoviště bylo staveniště..
Stěny mezi pokoji jsou extrémně tenké - byla jsem v Deluxe pokoji, což by tedy měly být lepší pokoje na úrovni 4*, ale od sousedů jsem slyšela každé slovo, televizi a celonoční chrápání.
Sprchový kout netěsnil.
Snídaně byly opravdu velice chudé, malý bufet namačkaný na malém prostoru, takze jednak velmi malý výběr a jednak vše těžko přístupné, pokud bylo na snídani více než 3 lidi naráz. Navíc byla bohužel zklamáním i nabídka ve stylu rohlík , pochoutkovy salát, vysušené párky, paštika, oschlá zelenina.
Cenově byl pobyt opravdu nadsazený a neodpovídal skutečné kvalitě

Přijemný víkend s wellness 🙂
Pros:

Hezky zpracované okolí ubytování (nebudu pocitat, ze byl hotel v rekonstrukci). Prijemne sluzby Wellnes a voucher na lanovku zdarma. Bohuzel jsme kvuli pocasi nevyuzili.
