Important information:

Please note that children up to 12 months of age are not allowed in the wellness center. Children up to 13 years of age can visit the wellness center until 19:00.

Please note that the units located in the annex building are of a 2-star category. The deluxe room types are of a 4-star category.

Between 1st May and 31st October, guests will daily receive a free return ticket for a cable car.

A beautiful mountain relax hotel with great food and very friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff were extremely professional and friendly from day one. The quality of food in their restaurant is top. The wellness facilities and rooms are clean. They have Hastens beds in the room.

Cons:

Some rooms are located not in the same building as the wellness facility, so in case of rain or snow it’s not as comfortable to walk from these rooms to the wellness.

Nebol to 4* hotel. Klamú a zavádzajú, pretože pod hlavičkou hlavného hotela skryjú svoj 2* penzión. Človek, ktorý to nepozná a nemá s tým skúsenosť je uvedený do omylu. Arogantný prístup pri riešení problému.

Ogólnie hotel niezły. Uwaga na zewnętrzne pokoje w tzw. Dependence... to NIE SĄ pokoje 4*

Lokalizacja dobra, śniadanie na średnim poziomie

Cons:

Uwaga przy wyborze pokoju! Ponieważ możesz wybrać pokój z innego budynku-aneksu, a NIE Z TEGO HOTELU o znacznie gorszej jakości! Ocenę znacząco obniżam z tego powodu, że szukałem i wybrałem hotel z 4 gwiazdkami, a podczas wyboru już samego pokoju został mi zaoferowany pokój z aneksu, który jest jakości 2 gwiazdek, co nie było jawnie widoczne. W efekcie zamówiłem nieświadomie pokój w jakimś aneksie zamiast w hotelu! To jest klasyczna pułapka marketingowa. Na szczęście w hotelu był jeszcze wolny "normalny" pokój, ale oczywiście musiałem dopłacić znaczącą kwotę. Gdybym był świadomy od początku tej ceny to był jej nie wybrał.
Dodatkowo mój pokój był nad Jacuzzi, które generowało hałas mocno słyszalny w pokoju. Czułem się jak na statku, w którym działa maszynownia :) , Na szczęście o 22:00 Jacuzzi było wyłączane... natomiast sam pokój był wysokiej jakości, bardzo czysty i zadbany.

Éloigné du centre, les chambres « confort » jouxtent la réception, pas de bouilloire, pas de cafetière, pas de plateau de courtoisie ..tout est payant même la petite bouteille d’eau.,
