Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt und definitiv sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Das Park Hotel Mauer ist eine hervorragende Wahl für alle, die eine unkomplizierte und effiziente Unterkunft suchen. Der kontaktlose Check-in und Check-out funktionierte bei meinem Aufenthalt absolut einwandfrei, was den gesamten Ablauf sehr angenehm gestaltet hat. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Kommunikation. Sowohl per Nachricht über Booking.com als auch am Telefon war das Team sehr gut erreichbar. Der Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, was sich besonders zeigte, als ich mein Zimmer etwas länger als üblich nutzen musste. Das war überhaupt kein Problem und wurde sehr flexibel gelöst.
Das Zimmer selbst war ansprechend und funktional eingerichtet. Wie das gesamte Haus war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, was für mich ein entscheidendes Kriterium ist. Dass im Hotel kein eigenes Frühstück angeboten wird, war mir vorab bekannt und stellte keinerlei Nachteil dar. Direkt in der Nachbarschaft gibt es eine Bäckerei mit einer wirklich großen und leckeren Auswahl, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist zudem ein echter Pluspunkt. Ob Restaurants, typische Heurige, Cafés oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten – alles ist bequem in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Very beautiful building inside. The rooms were very modern and comfortable! The check in was also quite easy , just need to follow the instructions and there's nothing complicated.

Cons:

The pillows weren't so comfortable but everything else was very nice!

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis fällt langsam aber sicher aus dem Lot. Kein Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen. Restaurant geschlossen Abendessen in dem Quartier schwierig.

Sehr schön und zufriedenstellend
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich, die Unterkunft liegt schön und die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr angenehm zum schlafen.

Cons:

Bisschen zu teuer für eine Nacht, wenn man für das Parken noch extra zahlen muss. (Betrifft aber dann eher Kunden die mit einem Fahrzeug anreisen). Ansonsten Top!

A lovely place in desperate need of someone who cares about guests

There is no restautant!!

Hotel was informed in advance that an elderly disable person needed a single bed. Told single beds were not available. NOT informed that the lift was out of order. Not informed that the advertised restaurant was permanently closed. Twenty-minute delay on arrival to get the lift to work. It failed to operate the following morning. It worked afterwards but uncertainty spoiled the visit as a wheelchair user could not use the stairs.

The key/chip collection was overcomplicated.
At least one bed cover was stained, otherwise clean.
Receiving 20 emails for a three-night stay and two rooms seems OTT.

für die Notwendigkeit eines Hotels neben dem Kursort meines Mannes OK

grundsätzlich ganz nett, nett gestaltet, sauber, gute betten.
Restaurant unten im Hotel sehr gut, und das Personal sehr bemüht!

Cons:

Leider waren die Klimaanlagenventilatoren direkt über unserem Zimmer am Dach und das war sehr laut in der Nacht auch bei geschlossenem Fenster! Auf die Anfrage ob wir ein Zimmer nicht im Dachgeschoß mit Säugling haben könnten kam nie eine Antwort. Im Erdgeschoß war am Lilft "Außer Betrieb" angebracht. Am Abend,, nach 3 mal in den 3. Stock mit Baby und Kinderwagen zu Fuß, habe ich oben dann versucht ob der Lift doch geht. und siehe da nicht defekt. war wohl ein Scherz.

Nette Zimmer in Gebäude mit historischem Flair

Sehr schönes Gebäude mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Organisation hat gut funktioniert. Das Team reagierte vor der Anreise sofort auf eine gesonderte Anfrage.

Wir kommen wieder

moderne Einrichtung, alles war sehr unkompliziert,

Cons:

Es hätte das Zimmer etwas sauberer sein können. Der Teppichboden war definitiv nicht gesaugt und im Bad hatten wir noch Gläser von den letzten Bewohnern. Da ist die Zahnpaste noch drauf gewesen
