Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, πολύ καλή η τιμή του, αλλά το δωμάτιο χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση!
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ !! Και το πρωινό για την τιμή που κλείσαμε το δωμάτιο, ικανοποιητικό!

Cons:

Παλιό δωμάτιο ! Το ντουζ ήταν μικρό κ είχε κουρτίνα με αποτέλεσμα όλα τα νερά να τρέχουν στο μπάνιο.

Ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πολύ κεντρικά και οι κοπέλες στη reception και το πρωινό ευγενέστατες! Το πρωινό στον μπουφέ ήταν νόστιμο και είχε αρκετές επιλογές.

Cons:

Δυσκολευτήκαμε με το parking και δεν υπήρχε κάποια απλώστρα ή σκοινί για να απλώνουμε τα βρεγμένα μαγιό και τις πετσέτες.

Pros:

Eifach gehalten, sauber. Hatten am Anfang nicht das Zimmer bekommen, was wir gebucht haben, am nächsten Tag wurde sofort reagiert und dann das richtige zugeteilt.
Beim Frühstück super liebe Frau Olga-hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Direkt gegenüber ist eine große Baustelle. Tagsüber viel Lärm!

Enjoyable short break away.
Pros:

Staff were excellent. Very helpful as we arrived very early on a Bank Holiday. (No Reception that day) No 24 hour reception at hotel. Informed of room number and how to obtain keys. Excellent varied Continental Style tasty breakfast. Air Con was great, hot water amazing. Comfortable beds. Great location as close to Venetian Harbour, the main town and easy walk to a good sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. Lots of restaurants. Visited Chania before would visit again.

Cons:

Hotel is an original older building with 6 floors. Not known if originally a hotel. Our room was 1st floor with balcony at front of the building. View of buildings opposite. Quiet road. The room size was adequate but cramped (only 1 bedside table), It had a VERY small ensuite B/room with a small shower (which worked well). Tiling/paintwork etc needs renovating. Room needs renovating. Have no idea what other rooms are like. Single beds pushed together, we expected a double. Would we go back? Yes we would.

The location was very good: close to the city center, beach, old town and port. Also the staff was very nice and helpful!

Cons:

The noice cancelling of the rooms was quite poor, which was disturbing especially at nights when we could hear almost everything from the other rooms and hallways.

Αξέχαστη.
Pros:

Ήταν πολύ βολικό σε τοποθεσία και οι κοπέλες εξυπηρετικές μας βοήθησαν με ότι ανάγκη είχαμε και ήταν πρόθυμες να μας εξυπηρετήσουν. Το συστήνω για οικογένειες αφού είναι σε ιδανική τοποθεσία ενώ το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό.
