The best location, check in process was easy with the code to get in. Staff were lovely, nice and quiet hotel.

Would stay again.

Cons:

Better instructions to what floor to go to on arrival would be good.

Hair dryer wasn’t good and kept cutting out.

Best location in Vienna for historical attractions and culinary variety.
Pros:

Excellent location. 10 minutes on foot to the Hofburg and directly on the beginning of the pedestrian zone. Location for downtown Vienna could not be better. Surrounded by food and directly across the way from the Hotel Sacher/Sacher Cafe. Automated check in was easy and quick.

Cons:

Beds were ok. Could be a better mattress. But fine, overall.
