Pros:

Perfekte Lage, ideal für einen Stadt- und Opernbesuch. Self-check-in hat auch gut funktioniert. Problem mit der Dusche wurde sofort behoben, direkt war auch jemand telefonisch erreichbar. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof, alles rundum empfehlenswert!

Seulement si vous nécessitez d’une chambre bien située
Pros:

Très bien situé. Le café fourni dans la chambre est bon. Une vraie personne répond rapidement au numéro de téléphone fourni et nous a aidé en raison de la maladie de mon mari. Merci.

Cons:

L’ascenseur est minuscule. Il n’y a pas d’endroit pour entreposer des vélos. Les chambres donnent sur une cour intérieure plutôt sombre et le contrôle de la douche de la chambre 116 était défectueux. La chambre 114 est beaucoup mieux! La porte de la chambre se barre automatiquement et bruyamment qq minutes après la fermeture de la porte. Attention! Il faut peser sur le bouton blanc de la porte pour l’ouvrir et sortir de la chambre. Or, ça ne fonctionne pas a tout coup… les lits sont inconfortables et. enfin, le sofa est taché, trop gros et
inconfortable

Pros:

Liegt direkt an der Staatsoper, Kaffee-/Tee-Zubereitung im Zimmer möglich, superweiche Betten.

Cons:

Self-Check-In musste ich erst lernen.

Great location for a short stay
Pros:

Very central location, comfortable bed and clean bathroom

Cons:

Impossible to find. There is no signage, I walked past it countless times. The entrance is a glass door with 47 written on it beside Ecco shoe shop. Not sure I like the automatic door lock system with no keys. Once inside the locked room you have to rely on the system that controls the doors will not malfunction

Il est très bien situé : c’est son seul atout.

Cons:

Aucun personnel sur place. La chambre était sombre - toute la journée. Étouffante. Aucune lumière. Assez dispendieuse.
La serrure barre automatiquement et était défectueuse: pris dans notre chambre, incapables de sortir avant qu’une employée de l’hôtel n’intervienne après 15-20 minutes.

مكان استثنائي فقط والسعر مبالغ فيه
Pros:

الموقع استثنائي وسط كل شيء مقابل الاوبرا والكافيه المشهور وبجانب محطه المترو والنقل بشكل عام وقريب من كل شيء يبعد اكثر مكان مالا يتعدى خمس دقائق مشي

لم يتم الموافقه على وضع حقيبتي قبل موعد الوصول بالرغم من انتي كنت قادمه من براغ ومتعبه اضطررت لابقاء الامتعه معي حتى الساعه الثالثه وهو موعد الدخول المسموح واخبروني انه لايوجد لديهم مكان تفاجات ان لديهم صاله مفتوحه لايوجد بها احد لو اخبروني لوضعت حقيبتي فيها تحت مسؤوليتي - موعد المغادره مبكر جدا على الساعه 11 وبالضبط في 11:06 دقائق طرق بابي احد ليخبرني بان موعد مغادرتي حان !!!! لم يحدث لي كهذا من قبل اعتبرته قله ذوق رغم انني اخبرت الرجل الموجود انني ساجمع اغراضي واغادر بسرعه فلماذا قامو بدق بابي !!
الشور ماء بارد فقط لايوجد ماء دافئ انتظرت فتره كافيه ليصبح ادفىء لكنني اكتشفت انه لايصبح ادفىء

Konumu çok güzeldi. İçerisi temizdi.

Cons:

Housekeeping personeli katta temizlik yaparken yüksek sesle görüntülü konuşma yapıyordu. Sabahları erken uyanmıyorsunuz o gürültü sizi uyandırıyor.
