Pros:

Ideal location for sightseeing. Good quality furniture, the beds in particular. Very clean. Nice air of hospitality, with some extras like unlimited bottled water and coffee made available to the guests.

Cons:

The elevator is very small and slow, the staircase a bit gloomy.

2 nights in Vienna
Pros:

The hotel was in a really good location near the Opera House and Sacher Hotel. There was contactless check in with easy to follow instructions which was useful as our trains were very delayed and we arrived in Vienna after 1am. We didn't see any staff but the room was cleaned daily and was comfortable.

Cons:

The oprera suites was difficult to find as there is no obvious sign for it. It's tucked away between 2 shops on a main pedestrian shopping street. There's just a brown door with buzzers to the side for different apartments/businesses (See photo). It would be helpful if this was made clear in the information provided.

Comfortable nest in the best part of Vienna

I enjoyed sitting there; it was close by and in the heart of the main street, next to the main church.
Pros:

The apartment's location is excellent and the electronic access is excellent.

Отель предназначен для турисов, желающих познакомится с Австрией и Веной. Мне всё понравилось. Условия проживания, персонал и т.д. Очень "требовательные и крутые": вам не сюда. Напротив отель класса выше.

It was tough to get out of bed because of how comfortable it was!
Pros:

Such a great location! It was walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Many great restaurants, museums, and clubs nearby. My wife and I couldn’t stop talking about how comfortable the bed was LOL. And we loved our surprise wine and the cute note! Complimentary coffee and water was great! We felt so comfortable being there. We’ve stayed at 5 stars before and this tops those! It was easy to check in and come in and out of our place.

Cons:

No complaints.
