Really good people. Really comfortable sleep. Really great location
Pros:

I just moved to Belfast, Mom wanted to visit from NY, and we had the opportunity to meet newly-discovered relatives in this area. Despite being under duress (there was a sudden death in the family), we all met up around the corner at the pink place to raise a glass (yes) / pour one out (never). The location could not have been better.

The beds were SO comfortable (Mom got the massive one). I'm a stickler for good bedding and just sunk into that cozy rectangle.

At dawn, I muttered something to Mom about going for a walk outside, yet clearly not making ANY move to do so as I was suggesting SHE go for a walk outside while I continued to snooze in utter bliss.

A few hours later, my 80 year old mom comes back, audibly thrilled. She navigated her way to a local cafe for breakfast and when she got back–now THIS is what makes a place great– ended up hanging out with Edel who has been running the front desk/ concierge/ interference on this property for some time. Edel's hospitality was above and beyond. Grazie.

Both Mom and I have worked in hospitality for a number of years. I dunno what they talked about, but Edel made Mom feel SO welcome on her visit, they had such a lovely chat even as she went about her business, taking care of all the guests, we stayed an extra day, just because.

The loud music from the pub beside and the people outside the window talking from the pub. But that's not the propertys fault and everything was fantastic

Great spot in Warrenpoint, lovely staff and comfortable for a family stay
Pros:

Great location, large family room could accommodate the four of us with plenty of space. The staff were really friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

Basic decor which could do with an update, particularly in the bathroom. Some rubbish found in our room on arrival and could have been better hovered.

Blown away by Warrenpoint
Pros:

A beautiful little accommodation nestled between the mouth of the Newry river and Warren point Port. The location is incredible for this totally undersold vacation spot. Right out the front door is a great walk along the water and the beach, with beautiful views of the Carlingford Lough. No matter which way you turn their is great dining and pub fare. The room was quaint and spotless. Right next to our room is a beautiful community room overlooking the water. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Value was great for this little hidden gem of a city. The most family and pet friendly vacation spot we have been to. Will visit Warrenpoint again and will stay here when we do.
