The reception is open until 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM, self check-in is available until 10:00 AM the next day.

Keys are left at the reception with the guest’s name, allowing easy and quick access. Apartments are clearly numbered from left to right (1–14).

A reception phone number is available 24 hours a day and is clearly displayed at the entrance door and at the reception.

For the period from December 28 to January 3, a deposit of €100 is required.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Excelente estadía
Pros:

Este lugar me encantó, muy limpio y confortable, además de que todo es en planta baja así que si traes equipaje grande no tendrás que sufrir subiendo mil escaleras como es habitual en Europa. El personal muy amable y ayuda en todo lo que uno necesite. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí

Rahat uyku, temiz odalar, ilgili personel
Pros:

Tesis çok temizdi, konumu itibari ile çok sessizdi, uyku kalitemiz ciddi anlamda iyiydi ayrıca otel çalışanı olan Andre’ye çok teşekkür ederiz. Mükemmel ağırlama ve tavsiyeleri vardı.

Good for a weekend in Belgrade
Pros:

Friendly staff. Clean room. Good location to visit the city. 5 minutes walking from the bus stop to the city centre (bus are free in Belgrade!)
Private parking spot controlled by cameras.

Cons:

It is a bit difficult to reach by car because of the improperly parked cars.

Pros:

Все было отлично. Тепло, чисто, вкусно пахнет. Одеяла, подушки, матрас- все удобное. Интернет быстрый. Хозяин очень во всем помог. Мы были 3 ночи, а потом продлили еще на 2.

Cozy modern room to stay for few days
Pros:

The room was brand new equipped, clean, modern and has all you need for your stay. The stuff was great. The property gives a park place outside very safe even its addition pays but it’s OK. Location is good and quiet in the living neighbourhood. Not very central but not too far for walking from the main centre.

Pros:

The host is incredibly friendly, the rooms have a minimalist design and are impeccable in terms of cleanliness. There is coffee on the house and the property offers parking, which is of great advantage. The property is located right in the center.

In March 2026, my parents stayed in this hotel. Below, I post their review (in Russian). I will add that Andrej (the hotel owner) was very friendly, helpful, and responsive in my own communication with him, and that he helped my parents a lot during their stay.

В марте 2026 года мы с мужем по пути в Будапешт на две ночи останавливались в белградском отеле Iva Old Town, который нам очень понравился. Отель расположен в Старом городе,, чистый, опрятный, после свежего ремонта. Имеет удобные номера с достаточным набором мебели и удобными постелями. Через отель заказывали такси аэропорт-отель-аэропорт. Все было выполнено четко и своевременно. Очень помог нам владелец отеля Андрей, зарегистрировав нас на нужный рейс. Он очень неплохо говорит по-русски, что для нас было важно. Рекомендуем для размещения.

Overall- very good for the value, perfect location + welcoming owner and staff!
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and accommodating with our requests. Furthermore, the location is great as we could always walk into the city center in just a few minutes. We were especially moved (in a good way) by the owner's treatment of the guests- making positive remarks and jokes to get people to smile.

Cons:

Although a big ask, we would have appreciated more noise-proof walls between the actual rooms. Also, in the time that we have stayed, our room did not get cleaned.
