Better avoid this place!!!!!!

BETTER STAY AWAY!!!
After initially posting my comment about the outrageous filth in the room, the bugs stuck in the bathroom, and the trash under the bed, we were attacked and thrown out of the room by aggressive staff. The girl claimed I couldn't expect cleanliness when paying in the off-season and that I was trying to destroy her business. Our rental car was destroyed while we were taking our belongings from the room.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE FIRE!!!

Pros:

Een prima locatie
Om de dag schone handdoeken en beddengoed wat heel fijn was.
Zwembad prima. Stof van nabijgelegen nieuwbouwproject kun je niet tegen schoonmaken.

Cons:

Na een paar dagen bleken er iets mis te zijn gegaan met ons inchecken, door booking.com later echter verduidelijkt.
Daarnaast kwamen op paar dagen vrachtwagens parkeren waarvan een nacht koelwagens die steeds aansloegen de hele nacht. Leek wel een truck stop.
Verdroogde planten langs pad en kapotte tegels op het pad. Er zijn veel mooiere bestemmingen in de buurt.
Badkamer douchekop konden we niet goed verstellen, beter met de hand te gebruiken, anders hele badkamer drijfnat.

The location close to the beach

Cons:

We booked a deluxe 1 bedroom appartment and upon arrival were given a dated studio room. The bedding was clean however we did encounter a cockroach. The kitchen was in a cupboard. Also there were works going on in the building from 8am till 11pm with drilling etc which we were not told about prior to arrival. After 2 days we decided to tour round for a few days and stay with some friends who were in Sami. We told the husband we would be back the following week. However we dont think he understood. So we left and a couple of hours later i received a message from booking. Com to say we hadnt arrived at the property!! So i called them to explain the situation stating we ckearly had and could prove it. I then received a message from the owner offering me a seaview 1 bed appartment which is what we should of had in the 1st place. I was not happy however booking. Com negotiated getting us back some of our money. I would never return and i would revommend to avoid at all costs

Ok for an emergency one night flight delay
Pros:

Staff were lovely. Nice bathroom. Very helpful at short notice, late at night, end of season when our plane was cancelled

Cons:

Hotel is clearly very old and run down. End of season probably makes this even worse

Photos on this site do not reflect state of the property very run down and in need of major clean up particularly pool area. Appreciate its end of season but they are still providing a service
Asked about breakfast as not included in price but on site it states you can pay for it but was told it wasn't an option.
Room ok but would definitely not describe as deluxe. Had to ask for bins to be emptied and new bath mat
Very much felt like they weren't providing a service
Booked property based on Photos breakfast option and location. None of which were satisfactory
Overall very disappointed
