Pros:

Die Nähe zum Strand war gut.

Cons:

Preis Leistung, katastrophal! Zimmer dreckig und großteils kaputt und unfertig! Sie wollten uns zu viert in 1 Zimmer stecken, owohl es als ganzes Apartment beschrieben war! Alles zusammen für diesen Preis, eine absolute Frechheit!!!! Blos nicht buchen!!!!

Pros:

La stanza è fornita di tutte le comodità, letto molto grande e comodo, cucina, macchina per il caffè, lavatrice, bagno piccolino ma comodo. Lo staff è di una gentilezza unica, Maria e sua sorella sono molto disponibili su qualsiasi esigenza. La posizione è stata ottima per noi, vicinissimo ad argostoli ma lontano dal caos, attorno alla struttura ci sono belle spiagge e ristoranti

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di una rimodernata e la pulizia è un po' da ottimizzare

vicino alla spiaggetta,raggiungibile a piedi

troppo lontana dall'abitato,quindi di sera bisogna utilizzare auto per fare due passi tra ristoranti e negozi

Not quite as advertised but an enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Excellent staff, family run property.
Location is good for beaches bars and supermarkets.
Pool area was nice.

Cons:

Bar was advertised but was in fact a dumping ground for chairs broken stuff etc. Not a functioning bar.
At the moment there is a new build hotel between the property and the sea with a lot of heavy vehicles passing.

Pros:

Maria e Irene super gentili, sempre disponibili per tutto, piscina h24, da gruppo di 7 amiche che uscivano la sera abbiamo apprezzato molto farci un bagno dopo la serata, parcheggio gratuito se si noleggia una macchina, 2 minuti a piedi dal mare spiaggia bellissima con poca gente, purtroppo stavano costruendo un hotel fronte spiaggia quindi si sentivano a volte i camion con il cemento.

Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato tanti problemi con il nostro alloggio, apprezzo che maria e irene ci abbiamo assegnato le camere nuove nuove appena costruite, forse per questo non dotate di tanti servizi base su cui contavamo: come un piano cottura, una cappa, un lavabo, le stanze nuove non sono dotate di una cucina ma di elettrodomestici che la compensano come friggitrice ad aria, tostapane, bollitore, macchinetta del caffè, padella elettrica e frigo con freezer, siamo riuscite ad adattarci bene quindi abbiamo comunque cucinato tutti i giorni senza problemi. Inoltre un altro grosso problema sono gli insetti in camera sempre perché essendo camere nuove non sono ancora dotate di zanzariere, non si potevano aprire le finestre che la sera ci mangiavano vive le zanzare, ragni e formiche. Forse la nostra esperienza è stata ostacolata dal fatto che avevamo le camere ancora in costruzione e incompiute, ad esempio il nostro spazio esterno era ancora in costruzione e non agibile.

I stayed here this weekend with 2 other friends.
The location of the property is excellent and the owners were very kind and helpful.
Unfortunately, the stay was not up to standard. Even from the outside you could tell that cleanliness was not a priority. The room was spacious but had no wardrobe, it was dirty and had a persistent bad smell.
Unfortunately, the kindness of the staff is not enough to guarantee a good stay. For these reasons, I do not recommend it and I would not come back

Nagyon kedves és rendkívül segítőkész szállásadók. Ár-értékben szuper választás
Pros:

Nagyon jó a lokáció, éttermek, éjszakai élet és bárok közel valamint két strand is gyalogtáv. Strandoláshoz is mindent biztosítottak ezt korábban még sehol nem tapasztaltam. Reggelente kávét is kaptunk, nagyon segőtíkészek és kedvesek voltak a szállásadók

Összességében kényelmesen elfértünk de a leírás alapján az összes ágy a két szobában van míg a valoságban kettő az előtérben és 2-2 a szobákban

Da rifare…. Assolutamente…. Se venite a Cefalonia alloggiate qui e non ve ne pentirete…
Pros:

La centralità, la pulizia e la gentilezza di Maria e Irina. Sempre disponibili a qualunque richiesta. Struttura a due passi dalle spiagge più belle di tutta l’isola. Market vicinissimi.
