Pros:

Localização espetacular! Ótimo custo-benefício.

Cons:

Ar condicionado estava com timer automático para ligar e desligar, porém, ficava muito tempo desligado, e com calor de 35 graus o quarto não ficou tão agradável quanto poderia. Colchão também estava extremamente mole.

Excelente hotel para pasar unos días en South Beach. La habitación es muy linda y amplia, el servicio de help desk es muy atento y están siempre a disposición, tiene un patiecito muy lindo para sentarse en la rentrada. La ubicación es inmejorable, a dos cuadras de la playa, a dos cuadras de un Wallgreens, cerca de todo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, lo único extra que pague fue el seguro que en mi caso elegí pagar el de 18USD una sola vez para no lidiar con el cargo grande en la tarjeta y el reembolso que a veces demora (creo que son 250 usd de seguro que pagas y te devuelven)

Una sistemazione a Miami Beach che consiglierei.
Pros:

La posizione è perfetta. Pochi passi da Ocean Drive e ha anche un parcheggio a pochi metri.

Cons:

Il sistema di rubinetti della doccia. Non è intuitivo. Addirittura c’è bisogno delle istruzioni.

quick overnight stay, was not happy about the late 4pm checkin
Pros:

Clean room, complimentary beach chairs from Boucher Brothers, beach towels provides, luggage storage, nice lobby.

Cons:

Late check in at 4pm (other hotels are at 2pm or 3pm). if check out is at 11am, then it takes them 5 hours to clean and turn over the room?????
no onsite staff, had to wait for luggage to be taken out of storage, support communication is via text messaging so you better have an esim with voice and data. If you arrive early, you may wait outside in the heat for a while before someone lets you in the building.

Pros:

Soluzione perfetta per stare nel cuore di Miami beach... Il plus degli asciugamani da spiaggia e della fontanella per il refil di acqua poi e' un' attenzione in più. La stanza è pulita e nel complesso è tutto molto silenzioso di notte.
Tutto perfetto.

I liked the location, cleanliness, the courtyard, everything, really enjoy staying there. Price is excellent.

Cons:

The safe is hard to operate. No Direktion on how to program or lock, unlock.

Posizione eccezionale, vicinissimo a Ocean drive, camera enorme, un pò datata ma pulita.

Cons:

Peccato che in 3 giorni non siano mai state fatte le pulizie.
