La ubicación, la amplitud de la habitación, y el auto checkin

Cons:

El aire del acondicionador de aire no se reparte uniformemente entre los ambientes de la habitación.
Hubiera venido bien también que tuviese vajilla y cubiertos.

Friendly staff, excellent location, clean spacious rooms in Miami South Beach
Pros:

The clean, very spacious King room with bar fridge and coffee maker, clean and soft linen in which we stayed is in an excellent location.
There is a water fountain available in the reception area. Virtual as well as actual staff were very friendly.
At first it sounded strange to have a staff less check-in, but using codes for entering the building and your room works well.
We also appreciated that we could store our luggage after checking out.
The area is busy during nights and we received complimentary ear plugs which we did not use, but we were aware of only one noisy party passing us on a Friday night.

Cons:

I think the soft bed will worsen my back problem if I have to sleep a few nights on it but if was OK for one night. Carpets in communal areas can be cleaner.

Consigne possible, ce qui est vraiment un plus.

Our stay was very comfortable, very quiet, overall very pleasant and within walking distance of much
Pros:

The access code feature and the key cardless room entry. Very modern and easy to navigate. It was very nice not having to worry about keeping up with a key card.

Cons:

The common area should be more complete. Slightly an eye sore. The hallway floor on the second floor should be redone, didn't seem very sturdy or renovated/updated.

Mientras todo funcione bien no es es un inconveniente que no tenga personal en el establecimiento permanente, el problema es cuando necesitas algo, por ejemplo yo estuve DOS HORAS esperando que alguien aparezca para poder dejar mi equipaje un par de horas luego del check out, un servicio que en cualquier otro lugar es cuestión de minutos, además de que solo ofrecen ese “servicio” hasta las 5pm. Para ofrecer un servicio tan malo lo deberían sacar mejor. Definitivamente no volveré ya que por el mismo precio hay otras opciones cerca.
