Area, room, and facilities.

Cons:

One of the saunas was completely closed during our stay. The breakfast and dinner options were very expensive, and there were no places near the hotel - you either had to walk about 2 kilometers (one way) or take a car. Staff were not very informative.

Pros:

Nice place, clean, cozy, quite good equipped kitchenette, fast internet connection. Great pools, bar and spa area. Free parking places.
