Ideal for a spa relax over several days
Pros:

Rich breakfast, wide selection, fresh waffles, pancakes, Rauch juices, quality coffee. Dinner in the form of a six-course menu: starter, salad, soup, choice of main course, dessert, selection of cheeses. Large spacious room, separate toilet, shower in the bathroom, large comfortable bed. The hotel includes swimming pools and a wellness center. One indoor pool and two outdoor pools, indoor and one outdoor pool have warm water. There are a sufficient number of sun loungers around the pools, and a towel service is available. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the village, but it is possible to walk to Bad Waltersdorf, about 15 minutes.

Spacious apartments and good food
Pros:

We stayed in an apartment which was very spacious, well equipped and full of light. Location was far from reception and restaurant, which meant quieter corner but loads of walking to any facilities the hotel had to offer.

The breakfast buffet was the best we've ever seen and the dinner was pretty good too.

Spa facilities were small but clean, plenty of daybeds both indoors and outside

Cons:

The bed was massive but not very comfortable and the sofa was very hard too.

Towels in the room were very small and thin.

Zelo čist hotel, mirno, odlično za sprostitev
Pros:

Apartma je bi prostoren, zelo dobro opremljen, tudi kuhinja je imela dobro opremo (posoda, pribor,krožniki, štedilnik, pečica....) vključujoč pomivalni stroj. Vse je bilo želo čisto. Tudi spa je bil dobro vzdrževan. Odličen hotel za sprostitev, samo za odrasle.

Pros:

Hotel na hezkém místě s dobrou dostupností. Výborná dostupnost, velmi milý personál a skvělé snídaně. Skvělé Wellness s poměrně velkou kapacitou. Na Rakousko vynikající káva.

Cons:

Večeře byly pokusem o zážitkovou gastronomii, což ne vždy odpovídalo. V pátém patře hotelu se rušil celodenně ruch blízké dálnice.

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen
Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben sind die sehr ruhige Lage des Hotels, das abwechslungsreiche und hochwertige Frühstücksbuffet, der gepflegte Außenbereich (der Naschgarten ist eine sehr nette Idee) sowie die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage im Zimmer.

Cons:

Möchte man den Wellnessbereich bereits vor dem Check-in um 15:00 Uhr nutzen oder nach dem Check-out noch dort verweilen, werden dafür jeweils 27 € pro Person verrechnet. Angesichts dessen, dass kein inkludierter Mittagssnack (z. B. Obst, Trockenfrüchte oder kleine Erfrischungen) angeboten wird, empfinde ich diesen Preis als zu hoch. Das Bistro bietet lediglich kleinere Speisen an, und im Restaurant besteht mittags keine Möglichkeit, ein Mittagessen zu bestellen. Dadurch ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für die zusätzliche Wellnessnutzung aus meiner Sicht nicht stimmig.

Cons:

Das Apartment benötigt dringend eine Grundreinigung. Der Boden, die Gardinen sowie das Besteck und Geschirr waren schmutzig. Im Schlafzimmer erwarteten mich eine tote Kakerlake auf dem Boden, ein Silberfisch im Bett und Haare auf den Polstern.

Als hundefreundlich kann diese Anlage nicht beworben werden, da Hunde weder im Restaurant noch im Außenbereich am Pool erlaubt sind.

Das Speisenangebot für den Zimmerservice ist sehr eingeschränkt.

Preis-Leistung nicht zufriedenstellend
Cons:

33€ für das Frühstück am Anreisetag war doch etwas überteuert, da die Auswahl um 10 Uhr schon sehr übersichtlich war. Auch wäre es schön wenn der Aufpreis für den Spabereich am An- und Abreisetag etwas angepasst werden würde bzw. die Zeiten für die inkludierte Nutzung.

Ein toller Aufenthalt mit besonders freundlichem und aufmerksamen Personal.
Pros:

Das Essen war ausnehmend gut , wenn es serviert worden ist . Einmal haben wir ein Buffet gehabt , das war weniger gut !
Die Klimaanlage im nett ausgestatteten Zimmer war lebenswichtig und gut angebracht - keine Zugluft.
Das Personal war ausnehmend freundlich und zuvorkommend !!!
Frau LANG und Herr KISS sind uns besonders positiv aufgefallen !!! Beide wissen ein Kundenservice zu bieten , wie es schon nirgends mehr zu finden ist !!!!!!

Cons:

Im Badezimmer hat es leider keine Kästchen zum Verstauen gegeben . Die offene Ablage unter dem Waschbecken kann man leicht als Kind erreichen ( sehr tief). Am vorletzten Tag war das sonnengeschützte Pool nicht zugängig ( Wasser abgelassen wegen Reinigung).

Ein nicht zu großes Spa Resort

Cons:

Bei Ankunft und Abfahrt hätte man für jeweils ca. 1 Stunde nach Check in und out für die Benutzung des Spa Bereiches extra noch zahlen müssen
Obwohl das Hotel wenig besucht war, war das Zimmer am Ende und am 5. Stock der Anlage
