整體而言都很滿意，唯一小缺點是浴室管線水壓聲大，夜間隔壁用水都能聽見

+ Spacious rooms not the cleanest but otherwise looking comfortable
+ Exterior and overall presentation of the hotel looks great (just for the cover, when you look closely rooms were pretty dirty, have you seen the carpets on the hotel floors? I'd be so embarrassed to present that to guests, the grottiest looking mangled ugly carpets you've seen, needed a refresh or deep clean 3-5years ago!)
+ Lots of staff, very helpful and professional
+ Lots of facilities on site including multiple kids areas (really cool - highly recommend this if you have children), dining options, gym
+ Walking distance to outlet and amusement park, onsite parking convenient
- Really overpriced for what you get
- the superior room I booked had a layer of dust, and even a live cockroach in the room with all the lights on (can imagine what a infestation there must be, freaked me out that I closed all my bags sleeping at night!!!)
- as mentioned cleanliness is a real issue, the carpets in common areas looked so bad to the nice external opulent luxurious product they try to sell and otherwise mostly deliver. it gave me a personal feeling like the whole thing is dressed up to look good but everything under the surface is lacking
- 3 washing machines for such a huge hotel available to guests (another example how the place is so dressed up)
- shower glass misty and with etched in limescale and mould in places, should be clear and clean for a hotel like this with the price you pay
Had the cleanliness been better or the price more affordable I'd have easily rated this place a 8 or more but for what they sold to me it just didn't meet my expectations overall.

感覺房間內，棉被拍到 會有蠻多小棉屑飄起來。
呼吸道過敏 會比較有感覺。
小朋友奶瓶的蓋子掉到床底下，床底下的灰塵好像忘記清掃了！
飯店人員親切
隔音不好，房間整潔度不足（地上還有前客人的糖果紙）,空氣有霉味，地毯髒。
