Cons:

Decepcionante. Hice la reserva por Booking basándome en las imágenes de una habitación amplia. Sin embargo, al llegar al hotel me asignaron otra distinta y atribuyeron el error a Booking. Finalmente, tras llamar a la administradora, me entregaron la habitación grande que correspondía a mi reserva según las fotos. Aun así, la sensación fue que me estaban haciendo un favor, cuando en realidad solo estaban respetando lo que ya había reservado.

El confort de su estancia, la piscina, las comidas me sentí muy bien y lo recomendaría

Cons:

Los mosquitos y moscas ....eso incomodaba al ingerir los alimentos en el restaurant... y un poco la conexión de internet

En general todo el hotel es hermoso

Cons:

La atención por momentos era óptima y por momentos no... Tuve un altercado con el hotel, me dieron un edredón quemado y cuando limpiaron mi habitación, lo detectaron y querían que lo pagara yo, lo comunique con la recepción y al final no me cobraron nada

Pros:

la comida deliciosa, la amabilidad creo que de los dueños, unos señores muy amigables y amables y el joven de recepcion igualmente

Cons:

el horario de piscina muy corto deberia extenderse por lo menos hasta las 9pm ya que fue temporada de rayas

A great little oasis
Pros:

The property was great - right on the water with good facilities, a good restaurant and good food. Our room had a terrific view of the water and was roomy and comfortable. It’s currently being renovated so it will only get better!

The staff were great - a shout out to Santiago in the restaurant who took great care of us.

Pros:

The peace at the hotel
The staff was very helpful, kind and tried their best
The chef, Arturo made the most delightful dishes and even today, he made scallop ceviche from a shell my husband found on the beach.

Cons:

At least, the section of the beach that is part of the resort needs to be cleaned on a daily basis as there is a lot of garbage.
The resort needs to have the name on the front of the property. This new location is not easy to be found.
