Great place!
Pros:

Clean and prime location. Restaurant food was great and had a lot of options.

They accidentally sent another family to check into our room.

Would stay again without hesitation
Pros:

The resort was exceptionally close to Starbucks and other food options as well as Disneyland! It was clean and up to date feeling. The room was very large size!

Cons:

The breakfast was good but was lacking some more plant based options. I can’t have dairy and they have cereal but only dairy milk. I think if you are vegan you would have a very hard time eating anything here other than some cut fruit. But this didn’t bother me since I love the food in the parks and just used breakfast as a snack until later in my day when I could eat in the parks. Additionally the blinds on the windows are not very dark. Super cute but let in a lot of light. Not great if you want a midday nap or to go to bed earlier.

In short, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location and food options are perfect for a large family.
Pros:

The location was ideal. About a 13-minute walk to Disney’s entrance or a $11 Uber ride for a large vehicle. I appreciate the easy access to food. The restaurant downstairs connected to the hotel was perfect for lunch and dinner options, and the continental breakfast was tasty! I also appreciated being across the street from a CVS and Walgreens!

Cons:

I really don’t have anything that I didn’t like about the property.

We loved being within walking distance from Disneyland!The boys loved the pool/hot tub!
Pros:

This was our second stay at the Desert Palms. Loved having a suite with 2 young boys!
We will be back soon…

It was great!!
Pros:

Location to Disney and restaurants was great! Staff was very friendly. Nice to receive texts during the stay asking if there was anything else needed to.make the stay better. The restaurant on site was delicious. The breakfast was good. This is our 2nd stay here since Decemeber and we will be back!!

Pros:

Everything. The rooms were nice and clean, the staff was super friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great. Really enjoyed our stay.

None I could think of. Our stay was really nice.

Pros:

Very nice/clean place, wonderful staff!!
Loved the location very much!!

Cons:

Had problems with children and adults running in the hallways and slamming hotel doors!!

Families with children need to be housed in the same side of hotel vs people without kids!!
