Best value for money EVER! 5⭐️
Pros:

I travel a lot and usually stay at 5-star hotels like Hilton. I have to say this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in my life. Definitely the best value for money I’ve ever seen in a hotel.

The staff is amazing, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Some of them didn’t speak English, but Google Translate was enough to communicate. The breakfast is great, with lots of good options for people who don’t eat Chinese food, omelets, fruits, yogurt, different kinds of bread, cakes, etc. Amazing.

The shuttle to the Canton Fair was excellent and made it really easy to get to the exhibition center. The location is also very good, next to lots of restaurants and a short walk from a commercial center with shops and cafés. It’s also close to the metro station.

The room is great! Comfortable bed, excellent sheets and pillows, and a great shower. The amenities were more than enough, with lots of little touches to make guests happy. Free water bottles everywhere in the hotel, and I’ve never seen so much complimentary food. They were serving food, tea, and coffee in the lobby all day long.

I don’t have enough words to thank the hotel team. I was traveling by myself, and as a woman you always have to be extra careful, but you made me feel at home ❤️

A safe and pleasant stay with areas to be improved
Pros:

The hotel is clean with a pleasant ambience. It is located fairly close to TMall along with the metro which makes travelling via the metro very convenient. Personally, the breakfast tastes better than a number of street food as it is not heavily seasoned with MSG and comes in a variety of choices. The hotel staffs are friendly and readily available to provide assistance. Special mentions to Comet for her proactiveness in cleaning the tables during the busy morning breakfasts as seats are few compared to the available rooms.

Cons:

The rooms are rather small for the price paid compared to other choices but the hotel location is good so it is within expectations. It would be great if the hotel could invest more in the gym as it is quite bare and the space dedicated is also quite small.

Highly recommend it.
Pros:

The staff were polite and helpful, the room very comfortable and clean. The hotel is very near to loads of restaurants and shopping areas. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The breakfast area is in the small lobby and gets crowded at peak time.
