Cons:

Our experience was quite disappointing. The restaurant had no child seats available, which made dining with our 1-year-old very difficult. During the meal, our child accidentally broke a piece of cutlery, and the hotel staff charged an unreasonably high amount, claiming it was “premium quality” cutlery. This felt excessive and unfair given the situation.

In addition, the food service was very slow, and the breakfast buffet offered very few options with limited variety. Overall, the service and facilities did not meet expectations, especially for families with young children.

Pros:

The vibe and the kanchanjunga view , the staff Bhumika and Nishant were excellent , really made the stay easy for me

Cons:

Hot water wasnt available in adequate quantity , even though i had booked for bath tube i couldnt use it , also the restaurant during check denied almost everything we asked for stating it is going to take atleast an hour

最高の旅
Pros:

最終日に朝早いのにも関わらず、持ち運び用に朝ごはんを用意してくれました。またドライバーの手配もしてくれて助かりました。
また、景色は素晴らしい。部屋からカンチェンジュンガをみながら、紅茶を飲めます。

Cons:

どこもそうかと思いますが、なかなかお湯が出ない。シャワー中に水が出て、びっくりしました。

We can't wait to come back when the weather is better to enjoy the views again!
Pros:

The property had a great view of Darjeeling even on a misty day. Ricky, Aman and Repbommit were very friendly and helpful and made us feel extremely welcome.
