Good
Pros:

Familiarity as I've stayed many times before. Location is great as are staff.

Cons:

Noise keeping me awake from 3am onwards with roadworks/construction.

The room was to small for 2 or let alone one person. The balcony had trash with no view. Not enough room to put your personal bags nor move around at the same time. The cleaning service and maid service was not available as they had left for the day and the hotel that hold the lease does not service those rooms for LSI

We liked the hotel staff and the location

Cons:

However booking through the LSI resorts was a mistake since the staff isn’t allowed to do anything you have to pay for any clean towels or anything. Did not realize when booking that it was an Airbnb room inside the hotel we chose a hotel for the hotel experience but ended up having to wash some towels so we could shower the last couple days. if you are only staying a few days you might be ok with it.

Bathroom rug needed changing. Had to ask to have shower curtain changed because of mildew and needed extra coffe cup. Bathroom floor underneath sink needs to be swept and mopped.

Well located with amenities on site or close by.
Pros:

For the purpose of my travel, the location was superb and close to the Ala Moana shopping centre and the beach. The room was up to my expectation and I enjoyed the balcony.

I would definitely return here when I get the chance to visit Hawaii again.
Pros:

Love the fact that this hotel has a bridge that connects to Ala Moana mall which I only found out on my last day in Hawaii. The restrooms are clean! The hotel lobby is bright and spacious. Love that the fact they have Starbucks on the first floor and a convenient store right next door. The side rooftop has a gorgeous view during sunset. My favorite part about this hotel has to be hotel gym and hotel gyms are not my favorite but this one has the necessities. Everything surrounding Ala Moana is within walking distance. All you need is Ala Moana mall, Don Quixote, and the beach.

Cons:

Very dirty shower with black mold on curtain. Only one coffee mug. Only one wine glass! No tea bags or milk. Dirty coffee machine unuseable.

Fantastic option away from the craziness of Waikiki!!

I will book directly with the hotel next time.
Pros:

The actual hotel and it's staff.

Cons:

The hotel staff couldn't do much to help me due to this being a private unit. The coffee pot hadn't been cleaned in months. The ceiling around the sprinkler & lights crumbles every time the door closes, causing a mess on the floor and there was no housekeeping.
