You had to go out of the room to access the bathroom. Stairs were steep .
Super séjour grâce à Tam l'hôte ! Il nous a aidé à réserver la suite de notre séjour, avait pleins de conseils. Nous avons fait un super tour en bateau grâce à lui !

C’était super, l’hôte est vraimét très gentil et nous avons été installé très au calme. Nous avons pu poser nos sacs dès le matin ce qui nous a grandement arrangé pour pouvoir bouger pendant la journée et visiter la ville de Can Tho.

A very comfortable and spacious room for our group of 3. It has a cute little balcony, a seating area and even though the private bathroom is not attached directly to the room we felt like we had all the privacy. Room has a kettle, a few bottles of water, tea and coffee which is a generous touch. Wi-fi works good and the location is great - close to everything yet in a quiet alleyway. We felt sorry that we didn't have time to stay longer and do the bike tour with the owner because he is such a lovely person and Can Tho is a cool city. Next time!

Very kind owners. We asked them if we can check in already very early and they accepted. Room was very nice, clean, comfy bed. Located in nice, quiet street with restaurants. Fully recommended!
Amazing value for money, very clean, large room. Beautiful decorations, lovely new bathroom.
A bit of a language barrier, but a very nice lady met me for early check-in. Very good location too, in a local neighborhood, walking distance to all attractions. Just note this area is closed for cars during specific hours, so the taxi left me quite far with my luggage.
I felt a little lack of privacy as a solo female traveler. A better window curtain would be great. My only real issue happened during the night. The bathroom was supposed to be private, but in reality, it could be accessed both from the room and from what I guess is the owner's courtyard. During the night, I was woken up by a noise and realised somebody had just entered "my bathroom" and started using it. It was really scary, as the doors were locked only with a tiny metal piece. Now, I don't know if this is a regular practice or if it was maybe some family member who didn't know I was there, but the owners should really pay attention to this.
Tam and his brother were really helpful, kind and friendly! The home is a 10 min walk away from the river front.
Very comfortable room, clean and cosy, great for relaxation, very good communication with mr. Tam, such a friendly and knowledge man and great attitude to be of service to his guests, the home is located in a quiet alley but in the heart of Can Tho, some very nice restaurants nearby and grocery shops just around the corner.
Mr. Tam also offers guided cycling tours and his bicycles are of good quality also with gears if you want. Highly recommended. Thanks for the pleasant stay.
