Angenehmes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Super Lage, um das Zentrum von Wien zu Fuß zu erkunden. Großes Bett mit guter Matratze. Ausreichend Stauraum. Hohe Decken und gute Zimmergröße. Fenster gut schallisolierend und zum Lüften zu öffnen. Geschmackvolle, moderne Einrichtung mit angenehmer Farbgebung. Sogar Körperlotion im Bad vorhanden. Guter Wasserdruck bei Handdusche. Leere Wasserflasche wurde durch volle ersetzt. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Statt einer Körperwaage hätte ich lieber einen Vergrößerungsspiegel im Bad gehabt. Und ein Sessel mit Lehne fände ich praktischer als die optisch schönen Hocker.

Tout. De l emplacement à la restauration ( sauf la fermeture du restaurant tous les soirs).

Cons:

Le restaurant ferme tous les soirs et le remaniement des petits déjeuner juste le jour de notre départ...ça perdait en qualité....

Pros:

Such great and helpful staff, and amazing location! Comfortable and nice. Very easy to get around inside the hotel if you're in a wheelchair.

Cons:

The coffee situation needs to be sorted. Only one single-pur coffee machine, and lines for coffee during breakfast was always long - which gets extra problematic because the buffet area is quite cramped and everyone ends up being in each other's way. Doesn't help that it also consistently gets "hung up and needs service from staff. Also, they change around where many of the breakfast items are placed every day for no apparent reason. Insignificant things in the big picture, but a source of daily annoyance in the morning nonetheless.
