value for many stay budget friendly stay with good food options within 1km .
Pros:

you have many food options nearby to the property. no food or mess as such at the property.
room was well ventilated . easy to locate the property
owner is good and talks politely than his staff.

Cons:

property is near to main road so lot of disturbance from vehicles. staff was little rude and does not respond to your request properly .
