Lovely stay.
Pros:

The rooms are big and clean. It is very close to the beach. They clean the place every day. The staff is very kind. I highly recommend.

Pros:

Es war sauber, jeden Morgen kam eine Putzfrau, um den Sand vom Vortag wegzuwischen und brachte auch ebenfalls frische Handtücher wie auch Badetücher. Die Inhaber sind herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Komme nächstes Jahr gerne wieder! Ich bedanke mich beim ganzen Akti-Team für den schönen, angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Super family vacation
Pros:

Everything was great, spacious place, comfy bed, large terrace ( our little one was running freely 😊), every day there was cleaning service, the kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, there were always hot water ( both the kitchen and in the shower), it is located on the street with all the shops and restaurants, and the beach is around the corner 2 mins far by foot.

Cons:

The street bellow the apartment is crowded till 00h , then everything closes and you might rest.
The place doesn't have parking spots.
Also the police wrote us parking ticket and there weren't any signs that is forbidden parking ( the owners told us that parking everywere is free of charge).

Ηταν πολύ καθαρό και προσεγμένο !

Cons:

Το μόνο που μας δυσκόλεψε , ότι μέναμε στον 3ο όροφο και δεν υπήρχε ανσασερ (είχαμε 2 μωρά )

Super Lage
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und sauber, die Einrichtung in den Schlafräumen waren mit einem guten Hotel vergleichbar.

Cons:

Das was mir nicht gefallen hat war dass wir für das Badezimmer keinen Schlüssel bekommen hatten und es somit auch nicht verschließen konnten wenn jemand drin war. Das war wirklich sehr lästig. Wir hatten dieses gleich am Anfang angesprochen bei Personal aber leider haben wir diesbezüglich keine konkrete Antwort erhalten.
Angegebenen wurde seitlicher Meerblick was aber nur möglich war wenn man am Ende in der schmalen Ecke vom Balkon saß.

Okay for short term, low maintenance type of stay.
Pros:

Location is good, beds were okay, terrace was nice.

Cons:

Lack of towels in the kitchen, utensils and stove-top. It really is only good for a very short-term, hotel room type of stay. It does not carry the vibe of an apartment. No elevator, lots of stairs to the third floor apartments, luckily we did not have to carry luggage because we were there for a night. The wifi connection was also slow.

Am fost plăcut impresionati de următoarele:

La preluarea apartamentului, mirosul plăcut de curat si aerisit
Micile surprize de bun venit
Camerele spațioase
Terasa cu canapea
Existenta sitelor antiinsecte
Lenjeriile imaculate, schimbate regulat
Prosoape
Locația, aproape de plaja, restaurante, trase, parc...
Am avut parte de intimitatea de casa, nefiind deranjati

Pros:

Cisto je, prostrano, udobni kreveti, dobra lokacija, sve je jako blizu.

Cons:

Internet je los. Kuhinja ima dovoljno escajga, tanjira, casa i solja, ali samo jednu malu kaserolu. Svakako nam nije bilo potrebno, ali se u ovakvom apartmanu to ipak ocekuje, ukoliko postoji sporet, frizider itd.. Police u kupatilu za odlaganje higijene ne postoje i standardno nema dovoljno kukica za peskire.

Апартамента беше просторен с голяма тераса. Настаниха ни по-рано от даденият час за настаняване. Служителите бяха много любезни.
