Casa al Mare

Very nice, clean apartment, brand new with all the things that a family needs. Valentino is a great host. The location is perfect, the private beach with umbrellas and chairs is pleasant.

Valentinos is a great host, and Casa Al Mare is a perfect place to stay! Next to the beach, beautiful views, modern design and a place to park your car.

We have rich experience with travelling Halkidiki. What I may conclude after 11 days of staying in Casa al Mare:
1. Very clean rooms, didn't feel that it was used before. Climate control.
2. Fully equipped kitchen - including electric grill maker, 2 types of coffee machines, oven etc. Completely enough for you.
3. Two fire grills on back yard.
4. Perfect location. We were many times on all Halkidiki peninsulas - Casa al Mare is located on the clearest one. Warm, clean and calm water - perfect for children and SUP lovers.
5. Beautiful view on mont Athos and Amouliani island. You may rent a boat and have a fun around Amouliani.
6. Lidl, Mausoutis markets are in 15 min by car (in Ierissos). A lot of tavernas there and in Ouranopolis (about 10 min).
7. Valentino - manager, very responsive and polite. We had no any issue, but he was available for any request for clarification.

To conclude: After about 10 years with Greece, this apartments are our best choice. We also were several times in "all-inclusive" hotels, but from the cost/value ratio is highest in Casa al Mare.

In short: everything was absolutely wonderful and of an extremely high standard. I would recommend this place 1000 times over to everyone.

We stayed with our family recently (July) in this wonderful villa/apartment for 8 nights.
We were all very satisfied with the comfort, cleanliness, silence and location: the beach is right under our noses :), the best thing is that the beach is only for guests of the villa, there aren't many people...


The staff, especially the owner of the house, was very kind, smiling and welcoming, we will definitely return....

P.S. 7-10 min walk from the apartment you can take the ferry to visit Amouliani island (there are 4 beaches).

It is a very nice and beautifully designed apartment. The private beach is perfect and only a couple meters away. The hosts are very nice and they made sure we had everything we needed.

Location is very beautiful.

The whole experience was simply perfect. The hosts, the house, the garden, the location, the beach - everything was amazing. The hosts are really nice and they genuinely want you to have an amazing experience. The house is not only beautiful, but the apartment itself is very comfortable and although it's small, it's designed in a way that it makes it rather spacious inside. There are various kitchen appliances available, such as two coffee machines, a small grill and a dish-washing machine. However, what really stood out was the attention to small details, such as including various mosquito-repelling items and devices, tablets for the dish-washer and even child-protective caps for the electric sockets. The garden is very beautiful and practical as it not only provides space for the kids to play, but it's also equipped with two coal barbecues and wooden tables and benches. The beach is right across the road, it's a bit secluded and it has the cleanest, the most calm and most crystal-clear water I have ever seen. There is an umbrella and two sun-beds for each apartment, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot on the beach. The location itself is very beautiful and calm and although the nearest market is a couple of minutes drive away, it's a small price to pay for having peace and quite. Overall, this was the best vacation that we had. We even extended our stay with a couple of days, because we didn't want to leave, which was a first one for us. Kudos to the owners for creating a really amazing place to stay, to paying such attention to details and to just being genuinely nice people.
