Noisy and uncomfortable
Pros:

Golf area, the beach and the sea were perfect

Cons:

The hotel accepted to have a trip group or event group maybe who spoiled the experience totally, the hotel was very crowded, noisy and restaurant was messy.
They used the golf area as a garden in which they played and sit over grass. And they swim in the sea with full clothes.
Also, the nearby room has a lot of people with kids with unbearable noise.
Someone knocked my door on Friday morning 8:00 am asking for a toy that has been thrown by his daughter in my balcony.
The hotel should be picky selecting visitors and not to allocate rooms for groups near adults rooms, cause it’s classified as 5 stars hotel and I was going there to relax not to be disturbed with this mess

الإقامة كانت دون التوقعات بسبب الإزعاج وقلة الخصوصية، رغم جودة الفندق بشكل عام.
Cons:

حجزت غرفة Superior مطلّة لليلة واحدة فقط، ورغم السعر المرتفع ( مقارنة بالسوق ) وافقت على الحجز بسبب التقييم العالي للفندق وتوقعي للراحة والخصوصية.

للأسف، تم منحي الغرفة رقم 2206 وهي غرفة Connection تحتوي على باب متصل بغرفة أخرى، دون أي تنبيه أو موافقة مسبقة مني.
الساعة 6:30 صباحًا تم إدخال نزلاء جدد إلى الغرفة المجاورة، وكان الصوت واضحًا جدًا لدرجة شعرنا وكأنهم داخل غرفتنا.

تعرضنا لحالة فزع حقيقي انا والأهل، طفلي استيقظ باكيًا من شدة الخوف، ولم نتمكن من العودة للنوم إطلاقًا.
هذا الأمر مخالف تمامًا لمفهوم الخصوصية والراحة، خاصةً أنني حجزت غرفة خاصة وبسعر مرتفع.

من غير المقبول إعطاء غرفة متصلة لنزيل لم يطلبها ولم يتم إبلاغه بها مسبقًا.
ما حدث أثر بشكل مباشر على راحتنا وتجربتنا داخل الفندق.

Nice hotel with helpful stuff and highly recommended
Pros:

Helpful and decent stuff, the receptionist upgraded our room to deluxe one for free with nice golf view, room is so clean and fully equipped, the pool is heated, and the breakfast has many varieties with nice taste.

beach has no facilities or service and still under construction and completely far from hotel, bed mattress is very bad and very low quality, food quality is not meeting a 4 start hotel, no entertainment at night or morning, televisions and telephones were not working, i have lost one hour trying to fix my room television, i have to go to reception every time to ask for service as the telephone is not working, hotel cameras were not working which is extremely unsafe, we couldn't review the cameras for a lost item as all the hotel telecommunication system is down, Prices for the hotel are extremely far and beyond what they provide as service that are not meeting a 5 star hotel, i dont recommend at all

One night I woke up at 12 am on a furniture draging sound and it lasted for nearly 30 minutes
No big variety in food. Food taste wasn't great and doesn't meet our expectations

A place you will feel taken care of
Pros:

Quite new facility, very friendly staff. They had some out of hand telephony issue in my first day, but they managed to meet and exceed my expectations.
I need to thank both Alaa and Ahmed the reception managers, Sherif from reception who personally shared his phone number with me, and Mariam the guest relations who facilitated my stay and made me feel more than welcome. Also I would like to thank Abdullah the IT manager who personally made it his job to solve my problems.
And last but not least, I would like to extend my gratitude to the Spa team for quite an exceptional package that made my day and I know it was some effort to arrange.

Quite an exceptional place that I will try to make it a routine visit.
