Pros:

Не заселили!!!!! С 14:00 до 21:00 пыталась дозваниться до отеля, находясь возле него! С тремя детьми, так и остались на улице! Стойки регистрации у отеля нет! Сайт об этом не предупредил! Заезд заранее оплатили! Деньги не возвращают! Я просто в шоке, с тяжелыми вещами, с детьми как попрошайка ходила и переночевать просилась в другие отели, везде дорого! Унизительная ситуация. Ждала помощи сайта, не дождалась, ответа до сих пор нет!
