Muy buena experiencia!
Pros:

La habitación estuvo muy amplia y cómoda. Hubo agua caliente, desayuno, regalos de cortesía y muy buena atención. El hospedaje está muy cerca al aeropuerto lo cual es un plus.

Cons:

Podría ser el barrio, es poco iluminado y no hay cosas cerca (restaurantes).

Buena estancia si no fuera por el desayuno.
Pros:

La habitación es muy grande, y además, nosotros llegamos a última hora de la noche, por lo que las opciones de cena eran prácticamente nulas, pero aún así el hotel nos dio la posibilidad de pedir comida a domicilio que estaba muy rica.
La cama era muy cómoda y grande, y la habitación estaba muy limpia.

Cons:

El desayuno deja bastante que desear, porque para empezar no tenían leche para poder tomar un café con leche, así que te lo tienes que tomar sólo, y además el café es soluble, ni siquiera de cafetera.
Pedimos un zumo de naranja y nos lo trajeron caliente, de tanto tiempo que estuvo en la licuadora, lo cual hace que sea poco apetecible, y en cuanto a la variedad de alimentación.... hay que decir que es prácticamente nula, porque sólo tenías pan con mantequilla, unos cereales tremendamente dulces y unos huevos revueltos no muy apetecibles.

La habitacion es grande y agradable, sirven buen desayuno. Es muy cerca del aeropuerto. El personal es amable.

Cons:

Si vas en un viaje rapido esta bien, pero si vas a visitar arequipa no te quedes en este hotel, es lejos de todo, no hay nada cerca, el hotel no presta servicio de restaurante, te toca salir a buscar un lugar donde comer o pedir domicilio adicional el sector es muy solo. Es mejor que te quedes en la zona de plaza de armas.

There is no convenience to be gained by staying here, only aggravation. Avoid.

Other than the beds, which were very comfortable, there is nothing to like about this hotel.

Cons:

Location is described on booking.com as "Rodríguez Ballón International Airport is just a few steps away." Receptionist stated it was a five minute walk away. Neither are true, as we learned when trying to walk it, which proved to be a long, dirty and dangerous experience. After a short distance, the sidewalk on the airport road turns into a dirt path – take your pick, walk along the dirt path or on the road with cars whizzing by. There was no hot water – after ten mins set to "full hot" the shower was barely tepid, and the sink is plumbed only for cold water. Good luck taking a shower or washing up/shaving in the sink. Finally, the corridor to the guest room was pitch black, with no motion sensor to detect someone's approach and illuminate the way – dangerous! This hotel needs serious work.

Fine place to stay before an early flight from Arequipa
Pros:

This is an entirely serviceable hotel located less than 2 minutes drive from the Arequipa airport. The rooms are very spacious, modern, and clean and the bathrooms are excellent. Staff is available 24 hours a day and made us breakfast very early in the morning. Wifi was functional and there is a hot water heater/instant coffee and tea in the room.

Cons:

We were put in a room on the lowest floor facing the highway and it was very loud all night with passing traffic. We were also blocked in the garage by another car and had to wait for the other guest to wake up and move their van when we wanted to leave to the airport to get our flight. There was a fridge in the room but it couldn't be plugged in because the plug in the cabinet where it was installed did not match the fridge plug!

Great location for one night with flight early in the morning, the hotel is very close by the Arequipa airport.
