Cons:

The night desk lady was rude and inconsiderate. We arrived at midnight, exhausted, and she made it the process 10 times worse. She said she was going to charge me more fees even though I paid online in advance, refused to get my night right which concerned me for the reservation and when I said I didn’t appreciate her being rude she said “Oh well”.

Great quiet stay in nice, clean room!
Pros:

Very nice suite for $3 more than standard room. Staff friendly. Mostly nice and clean furnishings.

Cons:

Couch needs steam cleaning or discarding. Minor cosmetic touch ups in room could make this newer hotel just right.

Short, but very comfortable and clean stay!
Pros:

This location was incredibly clean & homey. We had a short stay but enjoyed it very much! The bed was very comfy, the bathtub was clean, and the curtains provide much darkness. The breakfast was also very nice!

Cons:

Don't have any complaints.

Pros:

The staff was very nice.

Cons:

The room had a hole in the wall beside the shower and there was visible bugs. The shower had black mold in it. There was also a lot of mildew around all the hardware in the bathroom. The bed I believe was broken because it had a huge dip in it. But the bathroom just seemed to be very unmaintained. I would have expected better from such a new hotel. I didn't notice the mold black mold until the second night when I decided to take a bath. When I looked up I could see all the mold.

I didn't think the toilet worked very well.

Plus the hole in the wall.

Very comfortable and accommodating!
Pros:

We loved the breakfast. It was excellent! The rooms were very comfortable and accommodating. Prior reservations made check-in and check-out so easy.

Cons:

It was noisy in middle of the night with people talking in the halls at 3 AM. And there were people above making lots of noise. Wish the rooms were more soundproof.

The front desk staff was remarkable

Cons:

The housekeeping staff I had to chase them down for the 2 days I was there for them to do come to room to clean bathroom & fresh towels remove trash, left it at the door one time, was gone for about 3 hours & trash was still sitting at our room door, each time we catch the Housekeepers they will say we don’t speak English, so talked to them in Spanish ,now they looking crazy, saying Si
