Best value, great staff, clean & consistent
Pros:

It is consistently clean with great staff. It has become my go-to for work related visits to Nashville. Best value for a safe, clean, well-kept property with good service.

Cons:

The tv options aren’t great but thing else is good so it hasn’t stopped my staying there.

It was OK, however, our backs and lack of mattres support is real!

The hotel smelled good.

The bed was AWFUL, the mattress was not even and caved in in several areas.our backs were totally out of sync by the following day.

Great location near I40-felt rushed to check out
Pros:

I liked the location and comfort of the bedding.

Cons:

I didn’t like that housekeeping stalked my room
waiting for me to check out. I left 25 minutes before checkout, and they were just standing with their cart ready to enter. I get wanting to complete your job, but it makes guests feel rushed when you do that.

The front desk staff was very kind and understanding.

Cons:

The first room we were placed into, the air conditioning did not work. We were moved to a second where the power outlets and light switches did not work. We were then moved to a third room that smelled strongly of marijuana. There was someone in the parking lot rummaging through the backs of trucks as well.

Loved the heated pool. Staff was friendly and breakfast was great

Cons:

Booked with tripavisor. Tripadvisor failed to link our booking and after two hrs on the phone we had to get a refund and rebook. Do not recommend booking through Tripadvisor ever!

Cons:

The girl at the desk was probably the rudest most overworked person I’ve ever met. Made an already stressful situation 10 times more stressful with her lack of handling job duties. She should have just stayed home that day I guess. The POWER went out at 3am leaving people unable to enter/exit rooms!

Comfy beds, very clean. Nice staff. Indoor pool. Free parking.

Cons:

Wifi sucked! It would not connect and when it did, it immediately disconnected on its on. Breakfast ended way to early.
