昔の豪華ホテル。快適さはあるが、リーズナブルだとなお良し。
Pros:

余裕のある間取りでゆっくり過ごすことができた。
テレビ前のオッドマンチェアが快適だった。
エアコンがちょうど良い室温を保ってくれるのがよかった（台湾では結構重要）。
掃除のスタッフ・ドアマン・レストランのスタッフなど、縁の下の力持ちの皆さんが親切でよく働いている。
地下鉄大安駅から徒歩5分程度。周囲にコンビニなどあるので、立地良い。

Cons:

四つ星ホテルとあるが、「昔の良いホテル」という感じ。
全体的に昔の豪華さがあるが、不要な感じもする。
「朝食なし」という選択もあって、その分宿泊費を安くしてくれるとありがたい。

非常に残念な滞在でした
Pros:

・初日のチェックイン対応が丁寧で好印象でした
・荷物を預かっていただけて助かりました
・傘の貸し出しがあり、便利でした

Cons:

バスタオルがひどく汚れていて、使用後に気づいたため、本当に最悪でした。疲れて戻ってきた深夜に気づいたこともあり、その場でフロントに連絡する余力もありませんでした。

翌朝、フロントでタオルの写真を見せて事情を説明したところ、「最初からその状態だったのか」と確認され、「すぐに言ってもらえれば交換対応できた」「クリーニングまたは清掃スタッフのミスで、早く言ってくれれば対応できた」といった説明を受けました。明らかにホテル側の管理不備であるにもかかわらず、具体的な補償や誠意ある対応はなく、謝罪のみで済まされた点は非常に遺憾です。

また、「早く言えば対応できた」という説明についても、深夜に疲れて戻った宿泊客に即時対応を求めること自体が現実的ではなく、サービスとしての配慮に欠けていると感じました。

フライトの都合もあり、そのままチェックアウトしましたが、今回の件はトラウマになるほど印象に残っています。

もともと香港で同グループのホテルに宿泊した際の印象が良かったため、今回台湾でも利用しましたが、期待していただけに非常に残念でした。

1人で2泊で5万5千円以上という価格を考えると、今回の衛生面および対応については、大いに改善の余地があると感じました。
