Worth the value, good location.
Pros:

The food is decent with variety. Really like the coffee corner and the homemade cookies. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Pros:

Location was particularly convenient for me. The lobby with the free coffee/tea is a good place to work from, also because the internet connection is good. There is a 711 opposite the hotel which is also convenient

Pros:

VIP room was nice for a longer stay. The location was great with access to Da’an station nearby. The streets behind the hotel had some great restaurants. The room was clean, but had some repairs to be addressed. The breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The communication before arrival was inexistant and we didn’t know if our early check in request was accepted. Staff at check in were not welcoming and there was a language barrier. It felt like a rough arrival and it was unpleasant. The spa needs some refreshing and updating. The room we stayed in needed a bit of attention too, walls stains and damaged skirting boards etc.
