Best place I've stayed in in the last year
Pros:

We had said we'd arrive c16.30 but didn't arrive till 20.00 and hadn't said anything about wanting food. But the Dial were so thoughtful that set aside a table for us. The staff were really efficient and the breakfast the best I've eaten in ages.

Would highly recommend.

Pros:

Lovely people for whom nothing was too much trouble; a very comfortable room; hotel in a quiet location within easy reach of Pembroke and the coast; magnificent breakfast and evening meal; Lamphey Bishop's Palace just round the corner and a lovely place to visit.

Wonderful hosts, great facilities and food, will return.
Pros:

Hosts and staff made this solo trip really memorable, friendly, professional and really accommodating.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about, only suggestion would be smaller food portion option in the restaurant maybe? Very generous offerings, but perhaps a smaller size option would be good for those with smaller appetites? Food tasted amazing!

Pros:

The staff were amazing and very friendly.
The food inclinf breakfast was incredible and large portions. Opened at 5pm and filled up very quickly. Im not surprised. A lovely little gem. Would definitely stay again

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. It comfortable, very welcoming and the breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and cozy, and we appreciated the staff as they were friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was a lovely place to stay and we would happily return.

Very enjoyable, friendly service and lovely breakfast and we would use again.
Pros:

The Dial inn was in the middle of quite a few coastal and interesting places to visit mostly around 10 to 20 minutes away
That was great to use the Hotel as a base.

Cons:

The food was lovely and we enjoyed it very much, but one minor thing it was the same menu every night which maybe could have been changed now and again.

Lovely stay, great location and very welcoming, we would happily stay again.
