Pros:

Wonderful stay! The hotel is spotless and cozy. Staff are friendly and attentive, check-in was smooth. The room is comfortable with great amenities. Highly recommended, will definitely come back!

The hotel provides free buses for the Canton Fair, for pick-up and drop-off at the airport.
Pros:

When traveling with a baby, the biggest concern is accommodation. This family-friendly room exceeded all expectations!
The room is decorated in a very child-friendly style. As soon as the child entered, they were extremely excited. The space is spacious and not crowded. The hygiene is done very well, and every corner is clean. The children's toiletries, small slippers, and anti-slip stools are all available. The details are extremely thoughtful. The hotel also prepared children's toys and picture books, so the child was never bored throughout the journey.
The location is convenient, the service is warm and considerate, and the cost performance is very high. It truly makes parents feel at ease and children happy. It is highly recommended for families with children to stay!

Pros:

Cocktails bar is amazing, but prices are high for China. But they worth it. Coffee is really good too! Lobby is so beautiful

Cons:

I booked a room for three people, but it turned out to be a double room, so it’s too small for three guests. We had to connect the two beds to sleep. It seems like a booking error.

Also, the booking included breakfast for three, but we only received breakfast for two.

The Wi-Fi is extremely slow and barely works.

Another issue: Booking.com charged the full amount on my card, and then I had to pay again when I arrived (1,000€ by card and 1,000€ at the hotel). I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. It doesn’t seem normal to be charged twice.

The staff is kind, but their English is limited.

Will never select through booking.com
Pros:

Good Break Fast and Good Location. But the room is very small.

Cons:

Very Small Room, Very Costly comparing the other hotel rates, Iron Tables, No Sugar or Tea Bags, No Shelfs.
