It is a scam.
The hotel’s facilities are complete and well-maintained, and everything is clean and tidy. The service is excellent — especially the front desk staff, who were warm and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Definitely a five-star experience! The staff’s attitude was amazing — highly recommended 👍. Hot water in the bathroom came on quickly, and overall, every detail of the service was thoughtful and well done.

From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were warm, professional, and efficient. They not only handled the check-in quickly but also kindly recommended fun places to visit nearby.
The room was spotless — not a single flaw to point out. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud, and I had a perfect night’s rest. The bathroom was well-designed with a dry and wet separation, and the toiletries were of good quality.
The hotel’s location is unbeatable — right next to the subway station, with shopping malls and restaurants all around. Breakfast was plentiful with a great variety of both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted amazing!
With such great value for money, this hotel will definitely be my first choice when I come back!

The beds are very comfortable, the cleaning services in the room are good. The breakfast area is very clean, and serves tasty local food.
The hotel asked me for my card and ended up charging me twice the amount of the accommodation on my prepaid-non refundable booking The front desk kids need training and other languages skills. yes, they are lovely but they seem to be scared about making mistakes so they cannot bring solutions. The whole hotel has cigarette stench, and is loud at all times.specially at night when drunken guests come back from the bars and they shout or argue in the corridors. The person who answers messages in Booking gives inaccurate or misleading information to simple questions like"how can I get there from the airport?" The answer was something like "is difficult to explain, get a cab"!
Property is poorly maintained and the entrance is near impossible to get luggage up.
The staff were incompetent and didnt know how to handle an international guest. 0/10 stay away. Rooms have 0 soundproofing and you can hear people yelling all night. Strongly strongly DO NOT COME HERE HONESTLY.

I made a booking through Booking.com for a stay from November 26th to 28th. However, the hotel altered my booking dates without any prior notice or consent from me. To make matters worse, I was forced to pay the hotel directly for the entire stay, only to find out that the hotel also charged my credit card for the same booking via Booking.com, resulting in a double charge.
I contacted Booking.com to report the issue, and fortunately, they are assisting with the matter. But the entire situation has been incredibly frustrating. The hotel’s actions were not only unauthorized but also borderline fraudulent. I am still waiting for a resolution, including a refund for the duplicate charge and a guarantee that they will not make any further unauthorized changes to my booking.
I would advise anyone considering staying at this hotel to be extremely cautious. Double-check your bookings, monitor your payments closely, and be prepared for a potentially stressful experience if things go wrong.

Extremely Professional, helpful,curious and very cooperative.
Halal food and vegetarian dishes can be a good addition to attract new and variety of new hotel guests.

Very clean. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
The Hotel is actually a 10 minute walk from Changgang Metro which was a bit daunting, but luckily the Waze map could find it. The Booking,com confirmation does not give the address in Chinese so ordering a DiDi (local Uber) was not an option. To use DiDi one needs to be able to copy and paste the Chinese text.
