The front desk staff were very friendly, and when I had a problem, they helped me resolve it promptly.The transportation is also very convenient, with a subway station nearby, and getting a taxi is also easy.

Perfekte Basis für die Canton Fair
Pros:

Mit meinem Team während der Canton Fair hier übernachtet. Der Hotel-Shuttle zur Messe war top — etwa 30 Minuten direkt nach Pazhou, kein Taxi-Stress am Morgen. Zimmer sauber und ruhig nach langen Messetagen. Empfang spricht Englisch, Check-in problemlos. Auch den Flughafentransfer ließen sich organisieren. Frühstück ein solider Start in den Tag. Gerne wieder!

Ofrecemos un autobús lanzadera de ida y vuelta al pabellón.
Pros:

¡Una estadía maravillosa! La ubicación es inmejorable, a solo 550 metros de la estación de metro Changgang. La habitación cuenta con un proyector de 100 pulgadas que hace que ver películas sea una experiencia increíble. El servicio de consigna de equipaje es gratuito y muy útil. ¡Muy recomendable!

Quiet, clean, great breakfast — great value
Pros:

Booked three rooms for our team during the fair. Everyone noted how quiet the rooms were at night despite the busy city outside. Breakfast was a solid start before early fair mornings. Right by Changgang metro (Line 2/8), so easy to get around on off days. For the shuttle convenience and the price, hard to beat.

Vim de São Paulo para a Feira de Cantão e confesso que estava nervoso com o idioma — falo só português e um pouco de inglês. Mas a recepção resolveu tudo: equipe paciente, usou app de tradução para me explicar o horário da van e ainda organizou meu traslado do aeroporto. Quarto limpo e silencioso, cama boa depois de um voo longo. A van leva cerca de 30 min até a feira e me poupou muita dor de cabeça. Muito obrigado a todos!

Good value and budget-friendly, no inflated prices.
Only an 8-min walk to Changgang Metro (Lines 2 &8). Highly recommended for commuters.

Мы сразу пожалели, что забронировали этот отель на 4 дня. Уже после заселения хотели отменить оставшиеся 3 дня и остаться только на одну ночь, но деньги нам не вернули.

Сначала нам дали ужасный номер. Потом номер меняли три раза, но каждый следующий тоже был в плохом состоянии. Сам отель очень старый и грязный.

Персонал вежливый и старается помочь, но руководство ведёт себя крайне непрофессионально.

Рядом находится место вывоза мусора, поэтому стоит ужасный запах.

Завтрак очень слабый — из нормальной еды можно было есть только яйца.

Не рекомендую этот отель никому. Расположение плохое, цена слишком высокая для такого качества. Лучше выбрать другое место.

С booking. какая то проблема. У меня с карты списали деньги. но на счёт отеля они не поступили. Я приехал в Китай с меня ещё потребовали деньги. Я оплатил повторно на месте. У booking. плохая обратная связь пока им напишешь и ждёшь потом ответ неделями, почему нельзя подключить Искусственный интелект. Сам отель на 3 бала из пяти. в моем банке сказали что деньги ушли банку получателю. Отель говорит что нету денег.

Pros:

The staff were really helpful. The managers speaks English but although the front desk staff doesn’t, they were still very accomodating and using translation app was convenient. Can’t fault the staff, they are very efficient and attentive. As soon as we checked in they give you all the info - address, contacts, cards in Chinese for taxi,etc. we even got lost and they are just a 1 call away. They had great breakfast food as well.

Cons:

1. Location - it’s in the middle of a busy small street. Noisy and chaotic vibe. There’s local eateries around but for foreigners, it’s hard to find other cuisine nearby. The public transport is still a few minutes walk.
2. Room- soon is average, outdated. Just not new so it affects the appearance of it being clean. There’s a portable aircon, it takes a while to cool down but it does its job. Our room was situated next to another room’s window. You can also smell of the cigarette coming somewhere else.
3. Wifi - their wifi was not working. Our devices connects but definitely no reception especially in the rooms. We have to go out to be able to receive calls.
4. Amenities - They are very stingy with toilet papers. I would usually ask extra and there’s no issues.

The hotel enjoys a very quiet location, with clean and comfortable guest rooms.
During my multi-day stay, the housekeeping staff cleaned the rooms with great attention to detail.
Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly throughout my stay. They helped with luggage and tried their best to accommodate all requests.
Shuttle buses are available to and from the exhibition center.
Airport pickup service is also offered. Though it is chargeable, it delivers excellent value for money, and is safe and convenient as well.

A experiência no hotel foi incrível! Fica perto do metrô e de centros comerciais, muito prático para se deslocar e fazer compras. O quarto está limpo, arrumado e sem odores desagradáveis; a roupa de cama é macia e dormi muito bem. O atendimento da recepção é simpático e atencioso, e a relação custo-benefício é excelente. Durante a Feira de Canton, há transporte gratuito de shuttle. Com certeza voltarei na próxima vez!
