Didn't like the cockroaches, or the single tiny stained bath mat. My teen boys hated the feeling of metal springs in the bunk bed mattresses. We all hated the incessant squeak of the bunk bed and reaching thru the frame of the bunk to twist the handle of the bathroom door and then kick it open (it was warped and stuck). Standing in a dirty ankle-deep puddle during every shower because the shower didn't drain well was an especially gross experience. We couldn't really hang anything to dry on shower curtain bar because it was sagging and barely attached to the wall. Shower curtain closed only part way. The whole room and bathroom were half the size they appeared to be in photos. There was a small couch that was stained and had dirty throw pillows, it was so gross that we never sat on it but we put our suitcases there. There was no room on the floor for 4 suitcases and walking so that was our only choice anyway. You could see where water leaking has caused black streaks down the walls and they just painted white over it (I feared mold was in the wall but who knows), the ceiling was covered up with peel-and-stick tiles so there was likely water damage there as well. You can see every place that has had damage because they just slapped some globs of plaster on it and maybe painted over it, or didn't paint it, or just put a random decoration over holes. Each person got one very small thin bath towel (the kind that won't reach around your waist), one hand towel, and 1.5 washcloths. The email after you book tells you there are no extra towels or toilet paper and you can buy more at Walmart if you run out. We were alloted 3.5 rolls of TP to last 7 nights for 3 adults and one 14 yr old boy. We didn't run out because we only slept and showered here, staying not a moment longer than absolutely necessary. We are not bougie people, we camp a lot and a Holiday Inn is as fancy as we get but this was by far the very worst place we've ever stayed.

The mattress on the bunk is super thin? So makes less confortable

Definitely too cramped up for 5 people, we barely had space to sit and move around with our things. Not expensive but only worth it if you’re there just to sleep. Expensive parking.

There is no parking, you can temporarily park your car in the loading zone for 15mins. You can find nearby parking lots but you will have to walk a little bit like 10mins. TV

Loud doors closing next door. Beds were too soft. Bathroom sink would backup.

The parking is a little pricey, and not too many spots to park

Building is very dated. Parking very expensive but there is some parking in the area if you’re willing to move early.

Parking next door only takes cash.

Toilet and shower getting clogged unable to shower or use toilet one day of the stay and just receiving 1 card to room we had to go back and forth to let each other in to pool,room and elevator! WiFi also kept giving us issues had to turn it on and off and not enough towels for 4 days.

bathrooms could be a bit more updated, but they were clean. could have better lobby and stuff but it was still a pretty decent stay.
