The best hotel to stay in Beijing!
Pros:

What an amazing team working at the hotel… the are simply incredible people and they are so much willing to help you with everything you need! The hotel was really nice, modern and clean. Great value for money as well! Strongly recommend to stay there if you’re visiting Beijing!

Самые тёплые впечатления остались от этого маленького уютного отеля, расположенного в самом сердце старого Пекина. Очень атмосферное место, которое прекрасно передаёт дух города.
Номера суперсовременные и полностью диджитализированны- всё продумано до мелочей и очень удобно. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал: пожалуй, самый приветливый, вовлеченный из всех, кого я встречала во время путешествия по Китаю. К тому же сотрудники отлично говорят по-английски, что для Китая всё ещё большая редкость.
Очень приятный комплимент от отеля- фрукты и сладости в номере. Такие детали создают особую атмосферу уюта и шарма.
Завтраки очень вкусные и с интересной подачей. Отель удобно расположен: всего около 30 минут до аэропорта, рядом много достопримечательностей, парков и аутентичных улочек старого Пекина.
Очень приятный отель по разумной цене. Однозначно рекомендую!

飯店環境很好，雖然原本想像中的老宅有點差異，但整體住宿感受度優秀。除了硬體設備之外，飯店內的弟弟妹妹們都很熱情親切，臉上充滿笑容。早餐非常非常豐盛，而且飯店地理位置很棒！走五分鐘就可以抵達地鐵站！非常喜歡

Fantastic stay in Beijing
Pros:

Amazing staff! Jennie was so kind and helpful. Her English was great and she made us feel so welcome. Everything was made easy and we got a nice breakfast made for us as we were leaving before breakfast was served. Rooms were lovely. A really nice traditional hotel with modern and comfortable rooms! Would definitely recommend

Perfect location and fantastic staff. Would stay again!

The staff were amazing, so helpful, and even made us gifts (sweets and keychain to take home). The rooms were perfect, bed very comfy. Great communication from staff too!

Only thing is the bathroom door was a little tricky to open.

amazing breakfast and wonderful staff they even made us homemade tonghulu
The rooms were actually really nice as well as wonderfully appointed and if we spoke Chinese, it would’ve really been a lot better, but of course their English was excellent

The smart room tech only speaks Chinese, however
Regardless, the room was a wonderful and it was extremely cool experience to stay in a hutong style

Location was fantastic lots of food choices, and proximity to the train as well as other transit

Cons:

we were there when it was very cold out so walking to the room outside was a bit of a problem and I could see the same if it was raining or very hot

Fantastic hotel with traditional courtyard style

Great location, great room with amazing staff who willing to help with anything.

Cons:

Faced an issue with room booking as when we arrived the room that we reserve was given to other guest. However the issue was resolved professionally as the staff send us a messages admitting the error before we arrived and the staff apologized multiple times when we arrived, and was compensated with discounts and room upgrades in our third and fourth night
