Cumple si no te importan ciertas cosas
Pros:

La casa es grande y cabes con un grupo de amigos muy grande, la piscina un puntazo

Cons:

Muy mal mantenimiento de la casa, es una pena porque podría ser un casoplon. Muchas cosas rotas y desgastadas. Tuvimos que limpiar todo el menaje porque no estaban muchas cosas limpias. Enchufes y algunos de los aparatos no funcionaban. La piscina tampoco estaba en su mejor momento de limpieza

Pros:

The view was amazing, amenities were great, kitchen, washing machines were great.

Cons:

The accommodation had multiple issues: broken beds not repaired as promised, a faulty alarm system, inadequate electricity, overgrown grass attracting pests, algae in the pool, no BBQ despite being advertised, missing bathroom fittings, and only 4–5 access cards for 14 guests. For the price paid, the property fell far below acceptable standards. The owner tried to charge us €185 for the mini bar, not stating what was missing, and ontop of that not advising prior that there were any charges associated.

From what our group stated, only one can of ice tea would’ve been drank and one bottle of wine from that mini bar definitely not totalling the amount the owner tried to charge us. (There was no price list provided either and no communication about it)

Gorgeous location for a large group on a budget
Pros:

Very clean, lush location and view.
Had such and amazing time
Local buses where easy to use

Cons:

- key card system was inadequate for a large group (only 1 for 16 people)
- bathroom facilities could need updating

Great potential in a good location with a very nice view.
Pros:

The location was very good and the staff was friendly. The layout of the house is quite comfy.
The house was very clean.

Cons:

To keep the list short for the review here are the main issues we faced- the house is showing its age and needs complete refurbishment.
Two of the four beds were broken and one of which was hard to miss.
Sofabed is just an old sofa.
While the staff member was quick on cleaning the outside area after the red rain, he didn't manage to finish cleaning the pool so it could be usable.
There were missing bedsheets which we got before last night of stay.

Overall stay was decent, but few complex setup for overall housing security system. Sometiems hot water doesnt comes on

Overall property was good but its an old apartment and all the windows and balconies from the rooms were closed which is really not a good option specially during hot summer. We had faced this issue, only from living room one balcony could be opened.

Cons:

Doors from all the rooms and living room were not accessible and the security system was not properly briefed which made our stay a bit complicated other that that there is a big confusion: not all the apartment has rhe facilities to use swimming pool even though the advertisement is mentioned as private pool which is completely misleading.

Great house for large group
Pros:

Good location, parking, host very helpful. The pool was very nice.

Cons:

Some problems with the hot water, but the host was very helpful and fixed it quickly.

Amazing.
Pros:

great pool, amazing rooms, good kitchen and living space for daily activities. amazing view. Was great place to be. Staff super friendly.

Cons:

Car is necessary if u book here (however, it is necessary anyways if you come to Chania.)
One of the rooms has no air conditioning.
