Hotel Indigo Nagasaki Glover Street by IHG

We have stayed at many properties throughout the world, and our experience here was one of the best we’ve had. The king room was commodious and overlooked the harbor. They decorated it specially for my birthday and our anniversary. The staff could not have been more gracious and accommodating and the food at the restaurant was delicious. We simply had a wonderful wonderful time! We will never forget how much everyone went out of their way to create an exceptional experience.

This is not an hotel for everyone. This is an hotel for those who know how to appreciate life. The building was restored and preserved beautifully, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The amenities are of the first class. The meals were made by a master chef.
The staff were very professional, very helpful and friendly, they were very concerned for our comfort. everything in the hotel was precise. Both the hotel chain and the hotel itself deserve all praise.

Generous pillows and towels. On site parking was very convenient.

　長崎を象徴する急な坂の上にあり、観光地から近いのに静かで、夜景もきれい。石畳やきれいな石の壁に囲まれた場所にあり、長崎猫にも何匹か会えました😊
　部屋はきれいで、天井が高く、高貴な人になったかのような感覚ですごせました。
　子連れ、親連れだったのですがエキストラベッドは、一つしか入れれないということで、コネクトルームをご用意くださいました。大変感謝しております。
　ドアや窓、鏡が大きく、ベッドの後ろには長崎の絵が描かれた屏風がおかれ、BOSEのスピーカー、cタイプの充電口、デジタル時計、コーヒーメーカーなど、いろいろわくわくするものがあって楽しめました。
　コーヒーもとてもおいしかったです。冷蔵庫には、プレモル、ハイネケン、長崎のジュースなど(有料)置いてあり、助かりました。
　ふわふわの部屋ばき、バスローブ、木の歯ブラシ、木のルームカードキー、リファのドライヤーなど、何をとっても非日常感を盛り上げてくれました。
　朝食も、素敵なチャペルのような場所が会場で、アラカルトには私の大好きなエッグベネディクトがあって、感激でした！
　大満足の一泊でした！住みたいくらいでした😂

Close to clover garden! Nice and spacious room. Excellent view of the harbour!

The hotel and its staff are incredible. The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful, even providing recommendations for restaurants and other activities. The hotel is a beautiful old building, and the rooms are much the same, spacious and well designed. Being a little further out meant it was peaceful and allowed and nice evening walk through the old town to get to it.

Hotel Indigo was amazing...set up the hill in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the harbor, close to the wharf but so far removed from the noise and bustle. Facilities were amazing with a bottle of wine, candy and flowers awaiting us in our very large and nicely appointed room. We had french doors to a garden with seating area off our room. The bathroom was luxurious and amenities were the highest quality and replaced daily. The breakfast was wonderful and we stayed for dinner one night. All meals were individually chef prepared and my MSG allergy was addressed and my meals, while somewhat different from the rest of the group, were delicious and I much appreciated the special attention. The staff was attentive and while always nearby and ready to help, never felt in the way.
