Look elsewhere if you need quite.
Pros:

If you are on leisure travels, look elsewhere. I usually stay at larger chain hotels, however i needed two bedroom setup for this trip. Not as clean as expected. The worst issue was: 1. The hotel seems to be the housing setup for construction crews.
NOISY NOISY LOUD LOUD. Obnoxious car boom box playing in the parking lot.

Cons:

Better property management is definitely needed.

Very satisfied with my stay at Chase Suite.
Pros:

Comparable to any good complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

The lighting was really my only issue, and not much of one. Just a bit dark in the bedroom area while looking for items in my suitcase, and not really the best for hair styling because that dark area was the backdrop to the vanity where hair styling happens.

Comfortable, restful, quiet, and seemingly tucked away in plain sight.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Better than most other locations that I've been to. I really enjoyed the idea of the social hour. I liked the layout of the suite and the local market is amazing.

Cons:

Eliminate pay for parking.
Make for easier access to the laundry facilities.
Maybe a few more selections on vending.

I enjoyed my stay with a few minuses
Pros:

The room was amazing, very spacious, the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette had a full fridge that also made ice, great feature. They also provided a coffee machine and coffee, that was a life saver for me because I didn't wake up in time for breakfast. The parking even though we had to pay a fee was very convenient and close to the room (right outside) I was thinking that is a great feature for disabled or elderly people.

Cons:

The tv is not smart so you are very limited in what you can watch there, definitely bring your tablet or laptop, maybe a board game something to do especially if you have time to kill. You have to pay a daily fee for the parking I was not impressed with that. I wish breakfast was a little longer until 10 I don't understand why hotels do this. No one wants to wake up early in their free time. Also they do not provide any free water for drinking you have to pay 6 dollars for the one in the room and the wending machine in the lobby also has very pricey water. Bring water with you if you don't want to spend that much on water. Also the toilet flush was very weird and outdated.

Great place, this is our 2nd time there and we are planning on going back in summer.
Pros:

It’s nice and quiet, well kept up and the staff is very nice. Stayed for a week and don’t really have anything bad to say.

Cons:

Not much to say, one dryer didn’t work while we were there but that’s about it.
