Pros:

I am writing what I didn’t like in the “what did you like” category because I didn’t want the algorithm pushing that comment down.

So..I Did not like a single thing about this hotel. The manager asks for more money opposed to what’s been mentioned anywhere online - even after booking.
Then after paying he tells you, that just-negotiated money is just for a normal room and NOT the AC room. You’ll need to pay extra+extra for an AC room. Remember that the pricing that i had booked online for was AC in the first place.

The staff is rude and insanely unprofessional. Don’t ever visit this hotel even for a day.

Cons:

I booked this property from 14th November and i checked in on 15th November 10am but they collected Rs.300 each for 2 rooms for early check in.. I book this property on 14th to avoid the early check in problems. Very bad experiance. The staff was also very rude. Very dirty rooms. AC was not woking.

Pros:

One of the worst hotel ever visited, better you can drop this hotel from your web site, it actually spoils your image. Very poor and worst hotel to recommend

Cons:

Everything in the hotel very bad smell not cleanliness, no proper drinking water.

Service. I booked the room through your agency with the rate of 750 but they not accepted online booking and charged me 1200. Hotel reception said to avoid commission to the booking agent that we are not interested.
