Dégoûtés d'avoir du chercher un autre hôtel
Pros:

Rien car l'hôtel était fermé nous avons du chercher un autre hôtel dans l'urgence!

Le fait d'avoir réservé et d'avoir trouvé un hotel fermé !

Leider enttäuschend. Die Sauberkeit war sehr schlecht. Der Preis ist überhaupt nicht gerechtfertigt

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider gar nicht sauber. Überall im Bad waren Haare und Schimmel. Im Bett hatte es Flecken und der Wasserkocher war voller Staub. Der Boden war leider auch voll mit fremden Haaren. Im Whirlpool hatte es an der Wasseroberfläche Ablagerungen und Stückchen.

Our last night in Crete was one of the most comfotable night's sleep we had.
Pros:

We were communicated with about being upgraded to their sister hotel at no extra cost. The breakfast was fabulous and the jacuzzi on our balcony was very appreciated.

Lovely hotel, amazing staff, great value for money - absolutely recommend!
Pros:

Simple, clean, cosy. Table tennis and small play ground - and a lovely pool, which was cleaned every day, and had vey little chlorine in it :)
Situated cherry close to the beach, lots of restaurants and cafés, a bus stop and a super marked. The staff were friendly and super helpful, with information, bus schedules, booking of trips and taxis etc. We had everything we needed.

Cons:

We were here in October; the pool area had only a small patch of sunlight in the late afternoon (after 6pm-ish) Not a big problem though; we used the pool in the morning and early afternoon - and crossed the street to the beach in the early evening.

It was ok, worth the price
Pros:

I liked there good prices for a stay and breakfast was delicious with variety of options. Lady on reception was nice and friendly. Room was ok.

Cons:

I booked that suit to use hot tub, but the tub wasn't clean, there was sand on the bottom and it was slicy.

Also good sometimes to clean up floor under bed too.
During evening time noise from corridor can be disturbing, coming from other guests, so sound isolation can be improved.

Before we came to hotel we got message from hotel on booking.com that we need to tell about arrival on whatsapp in case if we come late. I contacted, but got no answer. Was worried all the trip to hotel that check in can be a problem, but it went ok.
