Pros:

Fantastisk personal! Riklig och god frukost.
Fint poolområde.
Ett underbart hotell som är fantastiskt bra att ha som bas för utflykter. Bra asiatisk restaurang 50m bort.

Cons:

Möjligen lite hård säng och små platta kuddar.
Lite klent vattentryck.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff took excellent care of me throughout my visit. When I couldn’t make it to breakfast, they kindly prepared a lunch box for me, and when I arrived late at night, I was welcomed with water and another lunch box waiting for me.

Everyone at the reception was very friendly, and we had lovely conversations. The whole atmosphere felt warm, cozy, and genuinely welcoming.

A big thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant and thoughtful experience.

Séjour immemorable
Pros:

J'ai été logé à Gouves Bay Hotel avec demi-pension offert. L'emplacement est idéal, loin de la route. Les buffets étaient excellents avec un grand choix de plats de haute qualité. Le personnel au petit soin. Le seul problème est que j'ai grossi pendant mon séjour. Un séjour bien réussi.

Dégoûtés d'avoir du chercher un autre hôtel

Rien car l'hôtel était fermé nous avons du chercher un autre hôtel dans l'urgence!

Das Zimmer war leider gar nicht sauber. Überall im Bad waren Haare und Schimmel. Im Bett hatte es Flecken und der Wasserkocher war voller Staub. Der Boden war leider auch voll mit fremden Haaren. Im Whirlpool hatte es an der Wasseroberfläche Ablagerungen und Stückchen.

Our last night in Crete was one of the most comfotable night's sleep we had.
Pros:

We were communicated with about being upgraded to their sister hotel at no extra cost. The breakfast was fabulous and the jacuzzi on our balcony was very appreciated.
