Es wird alles getan, um einen sorgenfreien Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten.
Pros:

Großartiges Frühstücksbuffet mit z.B. frisch gepresstem Orangensaft. Insgesamt sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Besonders Sofia am Empfang war uns eine große Unterstützung. Ursprünglich hatten wir ein Superior-Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, waren damit aber eher unglücklich (doch sehr stark befahrene Straße und der Flugzeuglärm). Nachdem wir in ein Apartment im hinteren Teil der Anlage umgezogen waren, konnten wir gut zur Ruhe kommen. Das Reinigungspersonal tut alles, damit man sich wohl und umsorgt fühlt. Sehr gemütliche Poolsituation; überraschenderweise für diese Preisklasse werden sogar Poolhandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer in unserem Apartment war doch sehr eng. Die Duschkabinenabdeckung ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen und könnte erneuert werden.

Pros:

War sehr nett, aber da wir die ersten Gäste in dieser Saison waren,konnten wir leider das extra gebuchte Zimmer mit Whirlpool nicht nutzen.
Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.
Kommen aber gerne wieder.

Дуже гарний готель. Фото реальні. Біля басейну багато шезлонгів. В номерах свіжий ремонт, нова сантехніка. Є ліфт. Гарний вигляд з балкону. Персонал ввічливий, допомагає у всіх питаннях. Був пізній виліт, попросили сніданок у вигляді ланч боксу. Приготували воду, фрукти, випічку, горіхи і сухофрукти. В дорогу дуже продумано.

Hôtel près d'Héraklion avec piscine et mer à coté
Pros:

L'hôtel n'est pas loin de l'aéroport d'Héraklion donc idéal pour commencer ou terminer son séjour en Crète et juste à côté de la mer. Personnels aux petits soins et petit-déjeuner bon et copieux
avant de commencer la journée. Piscine extra aussi.
