Very clean, very close to Beijing West train station

Staff very helpful
The breakfast buffet was great, amongst the best I've ever been offered in a hotel. The restaurant also serves some very good meals at lunch and in the evening. The fact that the reception offered free tea and coffee was icing on the cake.
The staff were friendly, everything was fresh and clean, the daily operation of the hotel appeared to be in good order.
The hotel is very convienently located for travellers, next to the city's main TGV (high speed train) station.
The WiFi was unreliable (I suspect it needs upgrading), the plumbing occasionally sang, and Beijing has a mosquito problem (to be fair, I mentioned none of this to the hotel management). My other problem was that few staff spoke English, and my attempts at speaking Mandarin were at best embarassing, so we required the use of automatic translators to communicate. Fortunately for me, the exception was one of the chefs, so I had no problem exploring the menu under his guidance.
Ολα ήταν τέλεια!!Πολύ μεγάλο ξενοδοχείο,μεγάλα δωμάτια με υπέροχη θέα και μοντέρνα επίπλωση.Με προϊόντα περιποίησης,άνετο κρεβάτι και μαξιλάρια,μπουρνούζια και παντόφλες,νιώσαμε ξεχωριστοί μένοντας στο ξενοδοχείο αυτό.Το πρωινό είναι καταπληκτικό,στο lobby έχει συνέχεια ζεστό τσάι και καφέ για να πιεις,το μέτρο είναι πολύ κοντά στα 600μετρα και επίσης πολύ κοντά είναι και ο σταθμός των τρένων.Αν ξαναερχόμουν σίγουρα θα ξανά έμενα στο ίδιο ξενοδοχείο.
Δεν μιλάνε αγγλικά όπως και στις περισσότερες περιοχές στην Κίνα αλλά ήταν πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν σε ο,τι χρειάστηκα όπως να μου κλείσουν ταξί.
Close to the train station for early train the next morning.
First room smelled of smoke, had ash everywhere and the carpets were stained. Whole property felt dated, dirty and needing a refresh. Room was roasting hot and no aircon could turn on. Nothing was up to international standards. Staff did not speak English.

Beds very comfortable. Walking distance to Beijing West station- 10 mins- ok for 1 night prior to train journey

Oh my goodness the bed and pillows and blanket were soooo comfy. We had planned to maybe walk around after we arrived, but the beds called us to take a nap.
This hotel was great for sleeping off jet lag!

This hotel exceed our expectations, the room, the general areas and the breakfast were all spot on. But what really was awesome was the helpful front desk staff, Mr Kim (?) on duty 5th evening and Mr Kai Shang on 6th morning.
