Beautiful hotel and excellent position looking out into the harbour and short walk to the Old Town. Amazing view from our room window. Staff were lovely. Would have benefited from someone on reception to give advice about best places to go to and what to see. The reception was unmanned during our stay but the restaurant staff were very helpful.

Unfortunately the balcony is right next tot the restaurant vent - very noisy and warm air rushing constantly, so we paid extra for nothing.
The room is amazing looking into the Bay, very modern. The staff are so nice and very friendly as well as helpful. If I have to say one thing that I did not like is that they don’t have staff over night in the hotel as it is a very small boutique hotel. Easy to over look that one thing.

We had an amazing experience. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with all the amenities we needed. The property is right in the heart of Old Town Chania and we had a beautiful view of the light house and sunset from our balcony. The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was delicious and very filling. They communicated throughly before our stay and sent us multiple parking options that were close to the hotel since no cars are allowed in Old Town. We found parking easily and only a short walk away from the entrance.
Everything about this hotel was perfect. The view, the shower, the electrical outlets, breakfast, distance to restaurants and bus station. etc. Maybe the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

Perfect location with an incredible view in the Venetian Port of Chania. The room was beautiful and spacious with a nice porch. Would 100% recommend staying here in any visit to Chania.
Closer to harbour and Restaurants
The room we was staying very hot in the night and we have to open the window and slept.The air condition is not working,no fan and around 4:30am- 6am bottle collection bins make us to disturb our sleep . Taxi service not available to pick up in front of hotel we have to carry our luggage’s to further down to road. There is no one available to talk in the reception desk
My husband and I stayed here for five nights and loved the hotel and the restaurant downstairs. The room was spacious, gorgeous, and clean. The breakfast was included for three out of the five days and it was delicious. The restaurant food in general was very good and reasonably priced.
