Pros:

Es kst eher ein Wohnunganlage mit Reseption. Die Wohnungen gehören verschiedenen Besitzern. Wie Stockwerkeigentum. Macht es aber so zu einem eher sehr Rugen ort wo Leute sind wo paar Tage Alltag entfliehen wollen in der Stillen abgeschiedenheit. Balkon läd zum Sitzen und verweilen ein. Wenn nicht gerade Starken Wind blässt.
Sonnenaufgänge am Strand sind Traumhaft schön

Cons:

Von dem Zimmer anhand von den Bildern mehr Erwartet. Ist sehr einfach eingerichtet. Bett gemütlich für 1 Person. Kein Sessel oder der gleichen zum drin sitzen ausser das Bett. Küche reicht für Frühstück oder was aufwärmen in der Microwelle. Badzimmer ist zeckmässig.
Hotel ist sehr abgelegen. Muss lange warten bis eines der Möglichen Transportmittel hält. Auch für mich wo Hurghada gut kennt herausforderung. Einkauf kann man sich liefern lassen. Fragen Sie an der Reseption.

Dobre rozwiązanie dla samotnego podróżnika z małym budżetem i oczekującego ciszy i spokoju.
Pros:

Obiekt zgodny z opisem, bardzo miła obsługa, zwłaszcza pan, który zajmował się infrastrukturą na plaży i przy basenie. Bardzo zadbana plaża, cisza, spokój. Fajny widok na plażę i morze z balkonu. Bardzo przystępna cena, która przekonała mnie do zatrzymania się na tydzień przed dalszą podróżą. Stosunek jakości do ceny w porządku.

Cons:

Ograniczony dostęp do WiFi - przez trzy dni słyszałem "tomorrow, tomorrow 😁" aż w końcu okazało się że można dokupić transfer.
Brak restauracji na miejscu, najbliższy sklep oddalony ok 30 min piechotą.

Pros:

Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Bett, Dusche, WC, Kühlschrank, Balkon, Pool, Strand. Ruhige Lage 15 min Fahrt ins Zentrum mit Indrive oder Uber ~ 1€. Kleiber Supermarkt mit allem nötigen vor Ort. Tolle Betreuung durch den Vermieter.
Es war mein 2. Aufenthalt und wird nicht der letzte gewesen sein.

Don’t try, it’s bad and not recommended at all, save your time and money and try another hotel👎👎👎
Pros:

Nothing, is totally in bad condition and not good service at all, the owner is aggressive and not polite 👎👎👎👎.

Cons:

Dirty and not comfortable, the pictures is old not like what you get, I took a lot of photos of the place to report the hotel. 👎👎👎👎👎
Over one hour waiting time to check in.
Very bad experience and waste of time and money in my vacation 🙁

Nice private beach, pleasant customer service, bad location, but overall OK.
Pros:

The one room-apartment has everything you need, you can also use the stoves to cook. There is a private beach with free access with umbrellas just few step from the apartment and 2 small pools
The employees at the front desk were always available to help and answer questions with smile on their face. Definitely recommended if you are planning a low budget holiday in Hurghada.

Cons:

The location is the worst. If you need to go to the city center, you have to pay 2€ for a taxi (and 2€ to to back), if you are good enough to bargain with the drivers. The route lasts around 20 minutes.
At our arrive we had to spend several hours to kill mosquitos which were already in the room and bit us a lot, but after that you can just use the AC without opening the balcony, which is anyway provided of web.
The kitchen furniture is very old and the stoves don't allow you to cook anything. They need to be changed.

My first book by Booking, a very bad experience 😏
Pros:

I did like nothing . Actually, I left the next morning, and I paid 2 nights , but it was unrefunded booking

Cons:

I didn't like the smell of the room at all , the unclean bedsheets, there was no bed , it was a couch with very hard meters
, the room too small , no wardrobe, the floor full of ants, no toilet paper , no new soap, no wifi, even no cellphone coverage to make a call or to have data internet, it was a night full of awful things, I toke my luggage next morning and I booked other room by Booking which it was clean and cozy

Pros:

Clean,new belding,new furniture

Cons:

The staff was rude, no good place to park, the water wasn't available most of time for the rome and the electricity have to much problems too,very small beach ,pool only for small kids and wasn't clean at all,so far from city centre,no phone to call the reception, no bed to sleep only sofa bed,the room so smal,no good views mostly naybers rooms,fresh air not enough in toilet
