Important information:

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Много ми хареса персонала, изключително мили и любезни хора. Истински усмихнати и приветливи, готови да откликнат на всяка молба. Адекватни и бързо обслужващи.
Храната - великолепна. И в бара, и в ресторанта храната беше много вкусна, красиво декорирана и поднесена. За семейството ми беше удоволствие да усетим истинския вкус и мирис на храната
Хареса ми стаята, тъй като беше огромна. Много чиста, а кърпите бяха фантастично меки и бели.
Целият хотел е много красив, градините са прекрасни за разходка след вечеря.
Животните в хотела са много красиви, а църквата създава усещане за уют далеч от дома.

Cons:

Може би, би било още по-добре, ако външното джакузи се затопли до 38 градуса и престоят в СПА бъде фиксиран на 2 часа.

Good for a night or 2, good breakfast,

The spa facilities were great, amazing massage and "water room".
I recommend stay for a few nights of r'n'r during your time in Peru
Very safe, clean sheets and towels, and i slept well.

Everything was unorganised, hard to speak with staff, book anything, emails and messages all went unresponded to

Great if you want to relax by pool, get spa treatments and do nothing else. Not great if you get bored easily and expect

Stunning setting and amazing spa with best massage I’ve ever had (and I had many).

Cons:

Restaurant same food every day with no flexibility or accommodations made to any dish. Almost nothing to do on the premises. No entertainment options or activities on offer.

1. La palestra sembra che non era pulita da un po di tempo. C'era troppa polvere per terra. Per il resto eccezionale

Las áreas comunes del hotel y la amabilidad y cordialidad de sus empleados. En especial personal de restaurante, desayuno y bar.

Algunos problemas de mantenimiento de la habitación.
El uso del Spa es sólo con pago adicional a la tarifa y a muy alto costo.
No ofrecen opciones turísticas.
Ofrecen taxi por un valor de tres veces el valor de otros de la zona.
