Important information:

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Provavelmente o hotel com as melhores instalações do Vale Sagrado

Na primeira noite, já eram 21:30, ligaram para o meu quarto e para o quarto dos meus filhos para “saberem se estava tudo bem”… porém já estávamos dormindo e a ligação nos fez despertar com apreensão.

E em um dia em que tínhamos um transfer agendado às 04:30 para um passeio, depois de estarmos a 15min no caminho, o hotel ligou para o motorista pedindo para ele retornar alegando que havia dois outros passageiros que não tinham embarcado. Ocorre que o transfer era privado, apenas da minha família, e estávamos todos, os quatro, na van desde o horário combinado. Como o motorista insistiu em voltar, mesmo contra a minha orientação, perdemos mais de meia hora e quase perdemos o nosso trem, o que teria sido um problema logístico e de custo muito grande.

Pros:

A highlight of this restaurant is stuff. Everyone were so kind, friendly and helpful, from the reception to the restaurant, bar, spa, cleaning… Unfortunately don’t remember all the names, but some of these are Ariatna, Rosa, Gualberto, Julio… but without exception every single person in these hotel was kind and helpful. Of course, I must mention facilities, surrounding, interior, food, everything was exceptional. Just one little thing, in the restaurant was cold and as someone who visited a lots of spa around the world, must say, this one is a little bit expensive.

I love the hotel

the beautiful setting of the hotel. The flowers, the decor.
