Important information:

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Beautiful place with amazing staff.
Pros:

Beautiful place to relax a few days.

Cons:

Anything booked through them (like transport or a day trip) is crazy expensive compared to booking it on your own.

Esperaba un poco más!

La habitación cómoda y completa

Cons:

Por el precio y categoría del hotel, esperaba un mejor desayuno más variado. Tambien más actividades para disfrutar el hotel. Tampoco me gustó que exista mejores promociones para las personas que vienen al full day, mientras que a los que están hospedados el cobro es mucho más caro.

Slidt resort uden den store charme og langt fra alt.
Pros:

Der er smukt på meget af området. Der er SPA, men der er kun adgang mod betaling (meget dyrt). Der er mulighed for morgenmad meget tidligt, så man kan få den selvom man skal tidligt på dagstur. Stor behagelig seng og store værelser.

Cons:

Beliggenheden er meget øde og der er langt til alt. Samtidig er selve området skuffende. Vi troede at der var lidt mere "park" med fritgående dyr m.m. Det er der slet ikke og de dyr de har står i et lille skur gemt væk i et hjørne. Morgenmaden var ret kedelig og kaffen var ikke ret god. Det ligger utrolig øde. Personalet i receptionen tilbyder meget dyr taxi transport i stedet for at hjælpe med at finde den beste løsning for kunden. Dyrene på stedet er helt uinteressante og meget svære at finde. Der var næsyen tomt, hvilket gav en kedelig stemning. Værelserne er slidte. Deres SPA er alt for dyrt.

新しい棟の部屋ならパーフェクト
Pros:

すごく広いホテルでレストランもたくさんあり、スタッフも親切でした。部屋はすごく広くてバスタブも大きなジェットバスがありゆっくりできました。荷物もホテルの人が運んでくれチェックアウトの時もカートに乗って一緒に運んでくれました。部屋を間違えられなければとてもいいホテルでした。

Cons:

初めに案内された部屋が間違っていて部屋を変わらなければならなかった。疲れているのに余計な時間を割かれて残念でした。又初めに案内された部屋が新しい棟でとても素晴らしい部屋だったのでそれに感動した後変わらされた部屋は広い部屋ではあったけど古い部屋で暗かったし設備も古いので電話はノイズがひどい鍵はカードキーじゃないのでかかりにくいししヘヤードライヤーすら無くとてもガッカリした。

Vacaciones Inolvidables
Pros:

las instalaciones del hotel son unicas, lleno de vegetacion y muchos lugares por explorar. El desayuno y las comidas que sirven en almuerzo y cena tambien son muy buenas. Volveria a hospedarme en este maravilloso hotel.

Cons:

tal vez la dificultad de llegar por cuenta propia, no es tan accesible si no vienes en taxi o en alguna movilidad del mismo hotel.
