Omgeving en lieve ontvangst

Cons:

Wat verouderde kamer. Douchen in een bad in een premium upgrade kamer is onlogisch. Airco kan de ruimte nauwelijks koelen. Doe-het-zelf eieren koken bij een druk en veel te klein buffet werkt niet.
Brood zelf snijden is onhygiënisch.

* The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

* When booking a room for two people, the hotel does not clearly indicate whether you will receive one double bed or two single beds. Guests should be able to choose this during the booking process.
* In the bathroom, the shower head kept turning while showering, which was quite annoying.
* The breakfast was disappointing. There were no plates or cutlery available at times, so I had to ask the staff for them several times. In addition, the table was not clean.
* If you want eggs for breakfast, you have to boil them yourself.
* Although breakfast is served until 10:00 a.m., if you arrive around 9:30 a.m., some food items are already unavailable and are not replenished.
* At exactly 10:00 a.m., the staff starts clearing away the breakfast buffet, making guests feel rushed while they are still eating.

Ideale Lage am Golfplatz, nicht weit weit vom Zentrum Luxemburg entfernt.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut. Leider dürfen auch Hunde in den Frühstücksraum. Dies sollte nicht erlaubt werden. Die Lage am Golfplatz ist ideal.

J'ai apprécié les efforts du personnel d'accueil pour répondre à nos demandes concernant la chambre, comme la mise à disposition d'un lit bébé. J'ai également aimé l'espace spa (sauna, etc.).

Cons:

En revanche, l'espace piscine n'a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes en raison de la forte affluence. Le service de restauration était décevant : très lent et avec un choix limité de repas ou d'en-cas. L'établissement n'est pas particulièrement adapté aux enfants ; il s'adresse davantage aux adultes, ce qui mérite d'être souligné.

Ein absoluter Geheimtipp!
Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist etwas ganz besonderes. Durch seine Lage außerhalb der Stadt wirkt die Atmosphäre extrem beruhigend! Erholung pur! Noch nie habe ich in irgendeinem Hotel so gut geschlafen wie hier. Nach Luxemburg dauert es nur 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Und desonders toll fanden wir den Spa-Bereich. Diesen haben wir auch jeden Tag genutzt. Das Frühstück war fenomenal. Alles war qualitativ hochwertig und schmackhaft.
Unser Familienzimmer war zweistöckig und wir hatten eine Badewanne. Einfach nur Verwöhnung! Wir waren im Hotel nur über das Wochenende. Aber ich konnte mich so gut abschalten , dass mir diese 3 Tage schienen wie ein 7-tägiger Urlaub.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat es mir, dass es kein Conditioner für die Haare und kein Bodylotion gab. Zum Glück hatte ich etwas dabei, weil meine Haare sehr schwer zu pflegen sind. Außerdem wurde unser Shampoo nicht nachgefüllt. Wir mussten uns dann mit dem Duschgel die Haare waschen.
