A very pleasant stay!
Pros:

I really enjoy staying in Radisson Blue hotels and the this one made no exception! Great facilities, helpful staff, great location and overall a very good experience, exactly what I would expect from a Raddison Blue hote.

Cons:

The one thing I didn't like was the size of the hotel's gym. The equipment was nice, but the space was really small and when there are more than 3 people you struggle to get access to the equipment.

L attention de la responsable qui nous a surclassé gratuitement.

Cons:

Le tapis de la chambre oú nous étions en premier était très sale, le ménage etait tres mal fait surtout la salle de bain. Le bord du lavabo était plein de cheveux et le sol de la salle de bain très mal fait.
Le jour de notre départ, la femme de ménage brune a commencé à taper tres fort les portes qui se trouvait à côté de notre chambre alors qu il etait 06h30 et a refusé de nous fournir des serviettes propres sous prétexte que nous partons le jour même.

Enttäuschend / Dreckiges Zimmer / Kaputter Fernseher
Cons:

Als wir am Freitag um 22 Uhr eingecheckt haben, mussten wir leider feststellen, dass der Boden des Badezimmers total dreckig war und in der Dusche noch Haare lagen, als ob das Zimmer nicht richtig gereinigt wurde.
Nach mehr als 6h Reisezeit freut man sich doch eigentlich sehr auf die Dusche, wenn man dann aber erstmal selbst das Zimmer nochmal reinigen muss, damit man ohne Ekel in die Dusche gehen kann, ist das doch sehr ernüchternd.
Bei knapp 450€ für 2 Nächte hätte ich doch zumindest ein sauberes Zimmer erwartet.
Wir hatten am nächsten Morgen bei der Rezeption die Umstände in unserem Zimmer angemerkt, daraufhin sollte das Zimmer nochmal gereinigt werden.
Leider blieb es unverändert, dabei hätte man nur ordentlich nass durchwischen müssen.
Der Fernseher im Zimmer funktionierte leider auch nicht, zumindest gab es keinen Ton – alles andere hat funktioniert.

Als Entschädigung gab es beim auschecken 10% Rabat aufs Fruehstück

L’esmorzar de qualitat encara que poc variat i la situació.

El tracte rude inpoc professional del personal, l’inexistent servei de neteja de les habitacions, la falta de manteniment, que no reposin sabons ni paper wc, la relació qualitat-preu

Perfect location, comfortable
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location, not in the centre of old town, but really within walking distance. It is conveniently located near the tram and metro system with lots of restaurants and cafes located close by. The room was perfect and comfortable.

Cons:

Front of house staff could be a little more friendlier and welcoming.
