While booking it was ₹550/- per room but the hotel demanded ₹1700/- per room was not ready to accept our reservation. We bargained and reduced to ₹1400/- per room. ending up praying ₹4200/- for 3 rooms

The attitude of the staff. I was with my daughter and we reached the hotel from the railway station in the night after a long train journey and I was told that there's no booking in your name when I had the confirmation email with me and once I showed it to the receptionist he said we have stopped taking any bookings through booking.com and if you wish to stay for the night you have to pay double the rate which was quoted to me earlier I immediately called up the tollfree number of booking.com and I was asked to wait till some other alternate arrangement could be made but nothing happened and I had no other choice but to agree to the rate he quoted as I was tired moreover being a new place as it was my first visit to Bangalore city I didn't want to take any chances and I was given the most dirtiest unhygienic room with dirty bedsheets with no towels and soap and I was given a non AC room with a squeaky ceiling fan due to which I lost my whole nights sleep. The toilet was stinking and no windows to the room so you can imagine what nightmare I must have gone through for those couple of hours even after paying the money they demanded and I just got up and left the hotel after complaining to the new receptionist who even didn't bother to apologize and didn't utter a word moreover I was promised a refund and a free stay by the booking.com staff on phone but nothing so far has materialized hence I sincerely request your good selves to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
Thanking all the team members of your reputed company for the help always provided to me from time to time but this one incident has left a dark image on my mind and hope and pray it never ever repeats again in future as I always use booking.com and will only use your services for my hotel stays as earlier I have never had such a bad horrific experience. There is no facility at all here... No towel, no basic necessities like water, soap in the toilet.

Unflushed toilet!! No faucet/water tap in the bathroom!! Disgusting!!!! Sick!!!

Even for a night it's a sick place. Not even worth 200 bucks...

Booking.com why are you degrading yourself by attaching such properties without verifying these discussions places, where a rude property 'manager' making a lady stand in the lobby for 45 mins and denying check-in after an overnight journey. I checked in finally and stayed at my cousin place for the night. Can you believe that paying 500 bucks???

I have my doubts now about those fake reviews about this place and doubt all those fake reviews of properties attached to booking.com

I need to rethink about booking properties from booking.com. I had the scariest experience so far. And what about the facilities mentioned.
