We had German cockroaches in our room. It was dirty. Behind the toilet paper was dead bugs that looked like they had been in there for months. The floors were filthy in our room. The roaches were crawling in the dishes and silverware draws plus bathroom. The construction was loud during the week. We came home bitten up. Not sure what ate us alive pretty sure it was bed bugs. After talking with the front desk. We were told to contact booking.com they couldn’t do anything about our stay. Bookings told us they contacted the property and they still have yet to do anything about our stay. As for the bar we thought it would be open to order food from. Nope another let down of this property.

Karaoke was fun and the kids got to participate and the host Tatiana was a good entertainer, the view was ok, the tub and the sink did not drain well so we did not get to take a bath like I had wanted to but we still had a good time thank you

The AC was broke and booking.com wouldn’t do anything after my family and I having to stay in the car for four nights. The property owners never returned ANY emails, text, phone calls. $400 and no refund

Had to move to second room first room was not acceptable. Second room was pretty much worse. Police was filthy. Pool was unusable no towels available I could go on.

The staff is always friendly. The rooms are always clean. The Tiki Bar is a nice place to relax and listen to music.
The continental breakfast was not too great and the pool was a little warmer than I like.
Was a fast easy check in room was spacious but bigger than we expected.
The ac clicked on and off all night keeping us up hardly slept. The bathroom sink had very little pressure shower was ok for the pressure. In the shower area had some looks like leak fixes on the walls. The morning we woke up I noticed there was mold and dirt all over the lamp which really made me upset as we slept right by it close all night. The dresser was unusable the smell was awful we used the cabinet to the left and was able to get by we only stayed one night.
I like the pool and tiki bar right there open all day you didn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to.
