Beds were horrible. It felt like we were laying on the box springs. The mattress had zero support. The hotel is very dated and in dis repair.

Very good stay. We would probably be back again.
Pros:

Great location. Easy access to the beach and other attractions.

Cons:

Dirty washcloth was hanging on the shower rod, from previous guests I would say. Trash laying on the floor in the bathroom.

Good location, clean with poor maintenance of the room.
Pros:

We stayed in Rm 506. It had 2 queen beds, 2 tiny light nightstands, a chair and vanity. Small flat screen TV. Right on the beach! Simply walk down the stairs by the pool and bar. There was a live DJ around one o,clock and karaoke early evening. It was nice having a small fridge and sink in the room. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The room was nice and spacious and love having a balcony.

Cons:

The lack of upkeep in the room was sad. As many other reviews had stated. New windows are needed and one would close all the way. Decor was mismatched as well as the furniture. Bedding was low quality for a 4-star hotel. Fitness room was just a treadmill and an old bike.

Had a great time, they have been consistently updating the facilities. Our room was very nice , had a nice sea theme. Always improving!

Cons:

Would like to see more plug ins , my wife and I have C-Pap machines and usually I have to run an extension cord to have both machines on either side of the bed.
I am a recovering alcoholic and I like to
Drink NA beer 0 alcohol. You only have that NASTY Busch beer at the Tiki Bar
You used to have Heineken 0
We went next door to Landshark, which had Heineken 0 and Mic Ultra Zero
If you have Budweiser products, get the
Bud Zero- very good beer taste
These NA beers give the regular beer drinkers a beer that they can drink before getting beck behind the wheel.
Just my personal opinion
