Just over average stay - I would say passable.
Pros:

Located in gulberg. That's the only positive point for this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Hotel One used to be a brand but this hotel's room looked like a local hotel's room. No room/service etc available after 10pm, not even tea. No Valet available when I checked out around 8am, had to go to the basement to get my own car. Crammed up space in the room, in fact the whole hotel, except reception, gave an out-dated vibe. Could easily get a cosy spacious 1 bed flat in Air BnB in the vicinity in the same package.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The front desk team, especially Miss Shanzay and Mariyana, were extremely polite, professional, and welcoming—they truly made a difference.
The overall stay was very comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the environment felt relaxing throughout. The breakfast was also definitely worth trying.
I’ve stayed in many hotels before, but this one stands out. If you’re visiting Lahore, I would highly recommend it.
