Nice but a tad damp
Pros:

Nice sized room, friendly helpful staff

Cons:

I couldn't always get water from the taps.
The room was a bit damp, could have used an airing and some heating.
It was fine but perhaps but fine enough for the price. The same is true of the breakfast.
