Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve çözüm odaklılardı.

Cons:

Klima sıcak çalışmıyordu, odalar nispeten pis ve eskiydi, saç kurutma makinesi değişmesi gerekti, musluklar düzgün çalışmıyordu.

Thank you so much to all staff! Specially Mostafa and Badr
I only stayed for one night, checked in about 8pm very tired after a long day in Giza. I felt really welcomed, showen my room instructions where clear. They checked later to see if things where Ok.
As a single female a felt safe.
Room was perfect it would have been great if it had a wider window.
Breakfast was as I would like it, tea, coffee, orange juice, a mix of Egyptian dishes perfect.
Location was quite, and close to most landmarks.
I would definitely rebook in the future insha Allah

Excelente atención y ubicación. Habitaciones cómodas y muy amplias (privado). Toda la gente que trabaja en el edificio es un amor. Tuvieron un trato muy bueno para con nosotras.

Great value for the price
Pros:

The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast was simple but filling and tasty. The room is isolated from external noise

Cons:

Internal noise insulation is quite bad (there’s big gaps at the the bottom of the doors), so you hear clearly noise coming from other guests or common areas

Всё нормально. Без изысков, но чисто и опрятно. Район окружен военными и поэтому тихо и безопасно.

Cons:

Очень стучат двери в номерах, я просыпался несколько раз.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. A special thanks to Mohammed Bader, who was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. He was always smiling and made sure all my requirements were met, which made a big difference.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is very convenient. I also enjoyed Egyptian breakfast the food.
Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!
