Unbedingt nicht buchen.
Pros:

Lage ist top. Personal ist „bemüht“

Cons:

Im Bad hat es komplett geschimmelt - das hat man auch im gesamten Zimmer gerochen. Die Dusche war so undicht, dass das Klo nach dem Duschen unter Wasser gestanden ist.
Am Bett waren Flecken - die Wäsche wurde vom Mitarbeiter auf Nachfrage dann gewechselt.
Ich liebe normalerweise harte Matratzen aber hier was es so hart, dass man das Gefühl hatte auf dem Holz direkt zu schlafen - da ist Camping gemütlicher.
Die Klima war extrem laut und die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man hörte nicht nur den Lärm von der Straße sondern auch wie ein Mitarbeiter mitten in der Nacht durch das Hotel ging und mit Gästen etwas redete.

Zusammengefasst: ich würde dringend davon abraten.

飯店雖有設計感但可惜沒有維護，照片很漂亮，現場很遺憾！到處都是斑駁、破損、生鏽！餐廳冷氣會滴水、房間淋浴拉門卡住，只有瘦子進的去，早餐普通！房價不便宜，CP值很低有被騙的感覺！

geweldig personeel, mooie locatie, top kamer - mega ruim.
Lekker ontbijt en een mooie sfeer.
Ik vond het bed wel heel hard, maar mijn vriend vindt dat juist heerlijk, dus dat is persoonlijk.
Ik zou zeker nog een keer boeken!

Amazing
Pros:

The staff was amazing!!! We were so pleasantly surprised with the room/layout and presentation. My friends and I all had the best experience and the coziest time. Good location, had so much fun walking around. Out room also had a balcony and I 100% encourage you to get the balcony. I LOVE YOU MILA THAPAE

Stary i zaniedbany hotel . Firany i zasłony dosłownie czarne , które strach ruszyć , żeby je nocą zasłonić . Brudne szyby . Czajnik był ale nie ma kubków , sztućców a włącznik na drugim końcu pokoju . Bagaże wnosisz po schodach , brak
Windy .( my na szczęście mieliśmy pokój na dole ). W pokoju brak szafy i szafek .

Perfect location to stay in Chiang Mai
Pros:

The hotel is ideally located, you can walk everywhere, which makes exploring the city so easy. It’s right by the canal, offering really nice views and a calm atmosphere.

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and a special mention for breakfast: the pancakes were amazing, honestly some of the best we’ve had.

The room was large, very comfortable, and perfect after long days exploring.

Highly recommend staying here.

Sensational. Amazing stay. Can’t wait to return. Unmissable.
Pros:

Room:
The rooms were huge. HUGE bath- ran excellently, full of hot running water. Staff sensational. So warm and lovely, could not do more to help. I mentioned in advance how it was my partner’s birthday and they went above and beyond to prepare a surprise! We were absolutely delighted.

Staff:
Amazing, kind and helpful. Specifically the female receptionist Duen (apologies if I memorised this incorrectly!) and the male receptionist. They made our stay so comfortable and pleasant. No wonder this hotel is consistently booked up. We booked months in advance as there’s only 10 rooms or so: truly a hidden treasure in the old city.

Location:
The location was excellent, so easy to get around and always something going on. A lively and vivacious hub of activity. If you’re a light sleeper, you might find it a bit noisy but this wasn’t an issue for us at all! You would across the street and find delicious street food and night markets galore.

Food:
Breakfast was lovely served with either tea/coffee and fresh orange juice. It did get repetitive but not an issue as you’re surrounded by so many restaurants and cafes. We recommend the French bakery (Victor) next door which serves a lovely flan and pain au chocolat.

Amenities:
200 THB to have clothes washed,dried, ironed and returned the same day. It wasn’t even charged per kg so you could wash loads. Water and fresh towels provided frequently and you could always ask for more. Housekeeping good.

Water and complimentary snacks provided.

We can’t wait to return again! Definitely the place to stay!

Cons:

We had a cockroach sneak into our room which caused a bit of panic but we dealt with it.

It would be nice if the windows could open in the room. Our room directly overlooked the smoking area so it could get a bit noisy with conversations happening outside.

Bathroom could do with a little attention. Due to central location right on the main road, this hotel may not be for you if you are a light sleeper.

Great And they got me a cake as it was my birthday while I was there which I thought was cute 🥰
Pros:

The rooms were large and very Clean great little touches complimentry water and snacks. Annoying that the outside space was facing a wall but it wasn’t to bad. Staff were lovely and accommodating .. but the breakfast wasn’t great but il still stay again as it was a good location and overall good price.

Cons:

Breakfast. No non dairy milk for coffee. Small tea cups in the room.

Die Lage

Cons:

Es roch im Zimmer nach Schimmel. Im Badezimmer und im WC waren Schimmelpilze.
Ich musste das Hotel wechseln und man ist mir nicht entgegen gekommen.
