Maravillosa estancia en Chiang Mai
Pros:

La habitación era preciosa. Muy bien pensado todo, incluso pensamos en copiar el diseño en nuestra casa. Todo muy limpio también. El desayuno muy rico, puesto que es una cafetería y un hotel al mismo tiempo. El personal es muy simpático. Un día nos equivocamos y no dijimos que éramos vegetarianos para el desayuno (que es por carta), y ellos no se hicieron problema y nos prepararon otro. También nos hicieron café rico para llevar las veces que lo necesitamos. Además de todo esto, excelente ubicación.

Cons:

La tapa del baño no se podía bajar y el teléfono de la ducha estaba suelto y se puede caer en cualquier momento. Son detalles, todo lo demás impecable.

Unfortunately we were on the most polluted days, so the city air looked literally brown, but the hotel location was perf
Pros:

The location in the old city was perfect, you could visit many places in a walking distance, the rooms are huge and also include the basic for snacks and drinks.

Cons:

The hotel although the design is nice, it is an old timer place, it needs renovations, the stairs were falling apart and just need a make up maintenance 👩‍🔧.

Perfeita, tranquila e confortável.
Pros:

Minha melhor experiência de hotel na Tailândia. Um quarto espaçoso, com varanda bem iluminada e uma decoração linda e clássica. Uma cama enorme e confortável.

O chuveiro tem uma ducha forte, que eu amo. As toalhas estavam super cheirosas, o que demonstra um super cuidado. Eu prezo muito pela limpeza e pude ver que a deste hotel foi excelente.

A localização nem se fala: a melhor que pude encontrar. Central pra tudo: perto de restaurantes e templos, e todos os tours que eu fiz, incluíam o pick-up no hotel por ser centralizado.

Gostaria de ter ficado mais por ter sido meu hotel favorito. Com certeza eu voltaria.

Cons:

Difícil dizer algo que não gostei porque foi tudo muito bom. Talvez o café da manhã que não é “a vontade”, mas apenas um prato de escolha, e são apenas poucas opções de escolha. De todo modo estava gostoso.

Das Hotel überzeugt insgesamt mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre und einem sehr freundlichen, aufmerksamen Service. Das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit und hat den Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm gestaltet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist zudem die sehr zentrale Lage, durch die viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und wichtige Punkte bequem erreichbar sind. Auch die Ausstattung hat einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen.

Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt betrifft die Sauberkeit, die in einigen Bereichen noch etwas gründlicher sein könnte. Mit ein wenig mehr Sorgfalt in diesem Punkt ließe sich der Gesamteindruck jedoch deutlich steigern.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel dennoch empfehlenswert, insbesondere aufgrund der ausgesprochen höflichen und zuvorkommenden Betreuung der Gäste.

Best place to stay in Chiang Mai
Pros:

This was our best accomodation in Thailand! The room is very big, the employees refilled every day with water and all was needed to have a clean room. But the best day started each morning at the breakfast where the lady was very kind and nice with us during our stay. From our point of view there ws enought options for the meal each morning.
I totally recommand this place for everybody.

Cons:

There is nothing bad to say about Mila Thapae.

Unbedingt nicht buchen.

Lage ist top. Personal ist „bemüht“

Cons:

Im Bad hat es komplett geschimmelt - das hat man auch im gesamten Zimmer gerochen. Die Dusche war so undicht, dass das Klo nach dem Duschen unter Wasser gestanden ist.
Am Bett waren Flecken - die Wäsche wurde vom Mitarbeiter auf Nachfrage dann gewechselt.
Ich liebe normalerweise harte Matratzen aber hier was es so hart, dass man das Gefühl hatte auf dem Holz direkt zu schlafen - da ist Camping gemütlicher.
Die Klima war extrem laut und die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man hörte nicht nur den Lärm von der Straße sondern auch wie ein Mitarbeiter mitten in der Nacht durch das Hotel ging und mit Gästen etwas redete.

Zusammengefasst: ich würde dringend davon abraten.
