comfortable at a good price and close to where you want to be
Pros:

solid location, didn't need much assistance, but staff member on arrival was the guy who ran it and was very helpful, then when I needed something a few days later, was sorted rapidly via whatsapp. location is stellar - 10 minutes walk from bus stop where free airport bus goes from, 15/20 minutes walk to kalmegdan park, lots of museums and things to see within a short walk. room was nice had outlet points in good locations, shower etc was all fine, felt safe and wasn't too loud etc. loads of food/shopping etc etc options nearby.

Cons:

no cutlery in room besides a few teaspoons, but its a very minor issue. not loads of room around the sink in the bathroom to put stuff on, but mostly irrelevant issues, nothing actually problematic to report

Centralna lokacija, cisto, lepo opremljeno, dobar donos kvaliteta i cene
Pros:

Odlicna lokacija, u centru, nema sopstveni parking, ali je blizu garaza Pionirski park, sobe odlicno opremljene (i detaljima kao sto su papuce i bade mantili), ljubazan i predusretljiv domacin, jednostavan ulazak u zgradu.

Cons:

Malo neobicna organizacija sobe (pretpostavljam iznudjena zbog rekonstrukciej objekta u kome se nalazi), prozor ka unutrasnjem dvoristu, i neko kontinuiranje zujanje van sobe (mozda od ventilacije/klime...)

happy stay and worth value
Pros:

Send time to check in and again the apartment is in super good location and staff are very nice. Room is clean and with modern renovation. I will stay again if I come back. As a solo traveler, I feel the room is ok, if you have more people, pls consider more spacious room type.
